As a General Contractor, I used Valley Master for both spray foam, and batt insulation. First impressions: prompt in his communication. At job walk: very knowledgeable and offered his expertise on products that best suit my clients needs (title 24 compliance, and sound proofing. We used a combination of spray foam, mineral and fiberglass insulation. Quick estimate, and worked my job schedule in seamlessly. Installation: they did a great job. Used plastic to protect all areas necessary, clean install, and cleaned up better than expected. Overall, Victor was very knowledgeable and took extra care on the job, and to explain any questions the client and myself had. I got several estimates for insulation in my crawl space and Valley Master came in the lowest with comparable service as the others. This made me a little nervous, as it's not always best to go with the cheapest priced contractor, but after talking with Victor, I felt at ease with moving forward with the job. Victor was very responsive and worked with me to clarify the terms of the quote and contract. He just opened his business at the end of 2022 so he didn't have any reviews, but I decided to give him a chance and hoped all would work out. Well it did! Victor's crew (Juan and Tony) arrived on time and completed the job in just a couple of hours. They did a good job and were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Not only was he the first to respond to my project request on Yelp, he asked all the right questions. Even after we signed the contract I had further questions and he responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend Valley Master Isulation; they were wonderful! I had requested a quote online, and Victor was in touch with me immediately and able to come out the same day. The quote was very reasonable compared to other places I had requested quotes from, and they went above and beyond services in my attic (sealing, taping, etc) where other places were going to charge more. The workers came out less than a week later to do the job. The workers were very polite, kind and professional. They were very neat and clean with making sure the items in my house were covered so they did not get insulation on them, they were very thorough in their work and showed before and after pictures to show me exactly what things were before they fixed them, and what they looked like after they fixed them. When we decided our 40+ year home needed additional energy savings, we decided to check into adding insulation to the attic. They were the ONLY company who actually went into the attic area and inspected took photos and didn't try and sell us something we didn't need, and all within our budget.
