I'll be sure to update you on the progress.....she was sincere and was determined to find out where the communication issue occurred....definitely an A+ for effort for Fari! I will add, that this review was not meant to demean or hurt Eurokitchen but to give my fellow Yelpers an accurate account of what happened to me. Although the parts have been ordered by Siematic Pirch Glendale, Fari of EuroKitchen has agreed to install the parts to rectify the problem. I do strongly feel that this will have a happy ending. For the sake of transparency, here is my original one star review: The Siematic brand makes great cabinets and will make your kitchen or office space look amazing! Sadly this particular establishment Eurokitchen has very poor service practices so be warned that after your beautiful kitchen starts aging, they won't return your calls for repairs. I called about 4 times over a course of a year to have some of my "self closing" drawers and air pump overhead bar doors repaired. The receptionist answers in a very apathetic tone and just takes a message. Sadly, no one ever calls back! He's the only one that seems to pick up so be warned when you have a gorgeous SieMatic kitchen put in and need service repairs from Euro Kitchen. I would suggest contacting the SieMatic retailer in Glendale. Every small detail was considered and if anything was missing, the solution was quick. I will give another update once the project is complete, estimated in 6 weeks. I initially requested in home estimates from couple of different contractors through Yelp for a project I thought would be less than $10k. One of the other companies with positive reviews straight out rejected me because they said the project would be more than $10k. Mr. Cabinet Care, on the other hand, was friendly and professional despite of my quote expectation project price less than $10k. Mr. Cabinet Care showed up on time, carefully measured my kitchen, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly before giving me an estimate of around $45k. What impressed me the most was how prepared and transparent they were from the very beginning. Even though my original budget expectation was less than $10k, they never dismissed me or made me feel like I wasn't worth their time like the other company. Instead, Mr. Cabinet Care came with a well-organized folder containing the company's history, license information, areas of expertise, and references from previous clients who could be contacted for verification. Everything was explained in a way that I could understand, and he took time to build trust and rapport with me, I felt comfortable and confident to put the deposit to move forward with the renovation. After the first initial deposit, the second deposit due on the day of the surveyor came and remeasured and confirmed the project. That was the big deposit around mid $20k. Then after that, the third deposit due on the first demolition day $14k. I think the rest will be once its all done. I'll keep Yelp updated. On the first week of demo, Alfredo and Ruben came and removed everything. It was awesome. First day and all the all cabinets and drawers already out of the way. They worked so fast, efficient and clean. They covered the floor with tape, post the project's map and plan on the wall, and very respectful of my home. Third day of demo, all the wall had been patched and ready for the next step, the second week. Second week, the lead installer, David came and introduced himself. He worked so hard from 7 am till 3 pm. The field supervisor also came to introduce himself, Fausto. They were so professional and worked efficiently. At the end of the day, David would left my kitchen clean, all the debris were vacummed, and all of his tools and equipment were neatly placed on the table for the next day. Okay, this is where I stop, because I have to wait for at least 7 days for the company to make the custom made granite top. And I will update my review once the project is done. Another thing that I appreciated, all the staff came in the company's Tshirts, in the company's car/ truck. omg even their working truck was neat inside. Anyway, it was just neat, I appreciate that. On the first week of demo, when I had a misunderstanding with what they were going to do, I called the office, and Christin, project coordinator was so helpful and patience in updating and explaining to me what happened. Yeah, best customer service.

Our initial experience with Closet & Garage Remedy was actually when I decided we needed to get all the junk off the floor of our garages. They had become a dump zone, and I thought I just needed overhead rack storage. So I contacted a few overhead storage people, they came out, and - long story short - it turned out not to be the solution for us. I ended up researching wall-based storage systems, and CGR was the first company to schedule a visit. Jeff came out to measure up and show us options. As we talked it through, we saw that we had other needs that could be addressed: putting the freezer somewhere sensible, getting rid of the mish mash of plastic shelves, cabinets, and shoe racks we'd amassed over the years, and getting even more shelving so we could move seasonal decoration to the garage too. We then noticed that CGR does epoxy flooring, something we have been curious about for decades. So we decided Why The Heck Not - and we went for the whole package: epoxy flooring, shelving, and built in cabinets with a workspace. For the first time in 8 houses, we'd have a Grown Up Garage! Top tip for my fellow Yelpers though: plan for more shoe storage than you think. Thank me later! Jeff sketched out the design then and there, and gave us excellent pricing with absolutely no pressure, which was awesome. In short order, Sylvia called us to schedule the work and the installation began: first the epoxy flooring, then the slatwall, cabinets, and shelving. The installation team were super efficient and kept everything clean as they worked and when they finished each day. If there were any issues that we found, they either fixed it the same day or returned to address it without any questions. We were so pleased with the result that we decided to do a second round to add more slatwall and shelving - because there is never too much space for organizing! We have now used up almost all of the shelving and we're still noodling through all the possibilities with the slatwall, but already we feel so much relief and zen from having a neat garage. Not only can we find everything we need without an archaeological expedition, we were able to move a ton of lesser-used items out of our master closet so we could more aesthetically organize that too. So don't think the benefits of garage storage only improve the garage! If you would like to experience the same kind of relief and zen in your garage, I can't recommend CGR enough. You may, like me, also find yourself tempted to extend the zen beyond your garage, like I did with the pantry (my previous review). No matter what you choose, you won't regret it!
