Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. For a 90-minute service, I would estimate that at least 30 minutes--or more--was spent without me actually being attended to. I was SO excited for this experience, especially because of the price and the whole "luxury" concept, but unfortunately, it just felt like a very basic and underwhelming pedicure. The headphones and eye mask were also a lot for me personally. I ended up feeling claustrophobic and overwhelmed rather than relaxed. Overall, 10/10 customer service, but the actual pedicure was a major disappointment. It's an experience extraordinaire! I had the pleasure of having Lilly perform my service. She is spectacular. I wrote notes on an index card outlining my likes, dislikes and some medical challenges. Lilly was attentive to every detail. She is very intuitive. The massage portion of the experience was perfect. She "knew" exactly where to apply more or less pressure on my feet, legs, head and shoulders. My toes look and feel fabulous! I am so grateful that I met Lilly.
