During my long appointment she did highlights and lowlights, with a gloss treatment, always checking with the owner on colors and timing. They were both concerned about getting it just right. I wish I'd taken a before pic as they nailed it! My hair felt soft, healthy and the color was perfect. I only need to go in every 6 weeks or so now, and I am so happy. I specifically made my appointment 9 days in advance because I was attending a wedding and needed a guaranteed time slot for a blowout. When booking, I clearly repeated the correct Saturday three separate times, yet the appointment was still scheduled for the wrong date. I understand mistakes happen, so as soon as I received the confirmation text with the incorrect date, I immediately called to have it corrected. The receptionist assured me it would be fixed. Several days later, I then received a text from the stylist saying my appointment had been canceled and asking if I wanted to book another one. I replied right away explaining that I had never canceled my appointment. Since I received no response, I decided to call myself because the last thing I wanted was to be left without service on the day of the wedding. Madison, the stylist, told me that I had originally been booked on the wrong date and that the time I requested was no longer available. She offered me a different time, but that was extremely frustrating since my entire day had already been planned around the original appointment. I then asked to be booked with another stylist at the time I needed. She promised to get back to me -- but never did. No one followed up, no one fixed the mistake, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. The complete lack of communication and accountability was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.

I had a complicated situation where I needed a color correction and a precision cut and the end result was beautiful - makes me feel 30 years younger! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Wil's chair. The conversation is light and interesting. Ask him about his horse and how many Olympic games he's attended! The salon location is super easy to find and parking is plentiful. Wil only just moved here in November and still has room for new clients. In six months, my bet is you will be waiting a while to get an appointment.
