Amazing job! I have a 20 year old couch with an amazing frame and good full grain leather. Very hard to come by these days. The stuffing was all flat and it hurt our back sitting on it. I had Ana come out and she did an AMAZING job. Gave it to me straight and did the job super fast and for the amount I was quoted. Many others wanted way too much. I had a Duncan Phfye table and 6 chairs along with the hutch. They needed to be refinished - all of them. And there is a repair needed on the hutch. I looked online for someone who could help and called a few. Then I called the Pink Power Solution. I told her what I needed and it wasn't a short list. She said she could have it done before Christmas (it was just after Thanksgiving). I said yes! They have pickup and delivery for a small charge. When I got them all back, they were beautiful, especially the hutch done in a way to show off the natural wood. Great quality work! Instead of buying new furniture, I have new/older furniture from my grandmother and parents, a great value as they were inherited. I highly recommend Pink Power Solutions. I requested organizing and creating a closet space and an office space in a large den off my bedroom. Dividing the den using large closet units would be ideal and avoid construction. Pink Power was very quick to respond and quite professional but for this semi retiree, the minimum fee of nearly $700 to start was way too high to spend. I ultimately passed on using them. Rating a 4 only because of the price. They were also a bit stuck in their box of using a certain company's closet inserts that would have required building a wall to put them on. I requested fixing some very tiny holes/scratches in two pieces of leather furniture. These damaged areas probably weren't noticeable to others, but I wanted to maintain the look of these pieces and didn't want these areas to rip/tear further. Anna (sp?) was AMAZING! So nice and professional! And kind with my "OCD" tendencies when I asked her to put on booties while working in my home. She seemed to have no problem respecting my request. Very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of the technician. The work requested was extensive and detailed oriented which included gutting the rain damaged sheet rock, replacing a load bearing beam, replacing the ceiling, putting down flooring, repairing and replacing molding, mounting t.v.'s and other work to make the space esthetically attractive. What a fantastic company!!I I thought I ruined my very expensive leather couch by spraying OxyClean on it attempting to remove ink stains. It ate the light beige leather and turned it orange in two large areas. Pink Power Solution responded to my inquiry quickly and sent out the most skilled and kind technician. Within 90 minutes she painted the leather to match the original color. Amazing work at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier. read more

We hired PPS over Yelp with an estimate to reupholster our barstools. When the technician arrived she corrected me that they were covering them not reupholstering them. I showed her the verbage of my estimate and was told I was given the wrong price, but they did still honor it. When my stools were delivered I couldn't believe the poor workmanship and would not accept them. They agreed and said they would have them redone and approved by the owner before returning them. Once I was assured they were satisfactory they attempted delivery again. This time they looked "ok" to the eye but when we got closer realized that seams were not sewn together at the base/back intersection and you could lift it right up to see the raw edges and backing. I told them that I would not be returning the stools to them nor would I be paying for this job. They offered a small discount off the original payment and basically never made attempts to reach out to me to show remorse or repair. I do not recommend them. They are good at talking up their service but the work is horrible. read more

I can't say enough about Pink Power Solution. Such great customer communication, very meticulous and excellent workmanship .... Just an all over great experience. I am having a Christmas party and my couch was peeling extensively, however, I could not find anyone to repair it. I did not want it reupholstered, I wanted it repaired. Anna, the technician, was amazing. She repaired my couch to look brand new. Anna was here for many hours one day and came back the next day as she wasn't satisfied with the end result.
