Have them start at a lower level and work it up. Use the new machines only! DO NOT USE THE OLD MACHINES I promise childbirth is probably more comfortable than that damn machine. Plus the new one is more effective and takes 1/2 the time! Yay! You will be red and bumpy for 2-3 days after (they will tell you you won't be but again, that's a lie) but the results make the pain worth it. Did I mention that it really fricken hurts?!

They billed BCBS $420 for a "surgery". No anesthesia or cutting were performed. No expensive equipment utilized. And yet they feel they have the right to charge $420 for this. That's on top of $466 just to walk in the door for a total billed of $866. The contracted price brings this down to $269 which is still absurd. This is insurance fraud plain and simple. They billed a surgery for something that should not have been charged considering the walk in the door fee. The billing department was totally uninterested in this matter and never returned my calls. Okay back to the scheduling of this appointment with Aesthetic Theory Detroit (ATD). I click on the tab to request appointment on yelp and I love that right away i was taken to a quick few questions what my concerns were along with a few other questions. Because when deciding on a facial it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what would work. I was happy that it didn't take long before i got a reply back with suggestion what facial would work based on my concerns. I got schedule for a few days later and I was on my way to having a Dermal infusion. Day of my appointment everything was smooth from the minute I walked in, I answered a few questions and then I was taken to a room where my facial started right away. It didn't take long maybe 45min total if you count the time it took me to fill out the information on the ipad, now let me tell you BEAUTY IS PAIN and this might not be for everyone but the end results is so worth. And of course consistency with your skin care regimen is a must, I saw the difference in my skin with just 1 appointment. It also helps that they take before and after pictures so you can see the progress but honestly I saw it after 1 visit. I did schedule for another one in about a month because its a PRICEY but 1's a month you can make it work because your skin will thank you.
