I'm not sure who those other reviewers encountered on their visit, but their experience was the exact opposite of mine! The ladies at the reception desk, and the nurse who did my intake, were all very friendly, welcoming, kind, and helpful! Dr. Castro was also very friendly and kind! He listened to anything I needed to say and made sure all my questions were answered! Overall, I felt like my needs were a priority! read more

I would give this place a low rating review as they have taken up many moments of my time along with refusing service for my elderly. I have went for an appointment that i booked through the phone few days earlier, though when i come in they say there is no appointment under my name. The service for this health care facility is unreliable. Don't even try coming in here for care/service, the workers can't even book an appointment. read more
