We were in Temecula for his birthday getaway, and as part of his gift, I signed us both up for a class. That day, Ashley happened to be teaching. The moment she walked into the studio, she immediately recognized that we were new and came over to introduce herself. She remembered our names and even called on us during class to offer both corrections and encouragement, which I really appreciated. Her instruction was incredible. I had no clue what any of the poses or stretches were called, but she described everything so clearly that I never felt lost. Her feedback was thoughtful, helping me adjust for better stability and effectiveness. By the end of class, I was drenched in sweat and felt amazing - physically challenged, mentally clear, and completely present. For that hour, all my stress and worries faded into the background. I only wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely become a regular. The community was welcoming, the teaching was top-notch, and the entire experience was fantastic. She understands anatomy, pressure, and fascia on a technical level, but she also works with a grounded, calming presence that feels almost meditative. My nervous system feels regulated, my body feels aligned, and even my eyesight feels clearer.
