Studio YF has quickly become one of my favorite places! The instructors are amazing, so encouraging, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping everyone feel comfortable and confident. This studio truly is the most incredible place in the world. I have been to SO many yoga / pilaties studios (I used to be a manager at a yoga studio chain, and I'm also a 200hr RYT) and let me tell you Hemet doesn't even know how lucky we are to have this gem of a place. Having such a versatile studio offering so many different fitness classes is hard to find. From the gorgeous space to the power house instructors, it's truly incredible start to finish. Both studios are welcoming, clean, and stunning. The reformer room is the most beautiful place I've ever sweat in. The owner Chantal is truly sunshine in human form and after every class you're not sure if your abs are sore from her kick ass workout or her humor because she keeps us steady laughing. Saraijah is an actual goddess who exudes strength and compassion is the most natural way and her attention to alignment and detail has you feeling so held throughout her classes. She is also hilarious! Lorena is an incredible instructor, you can feel her passion for Pilates and movement through her sequences and she is so funny, she also keeps us laughing. If you can't tell yet, I'm obsessed with this place. I'm nicer to my family because of these instructors and this studio. Do yourself a favor and try a class here. You will NOT regret it! read more

I seriously had so much fun! I'm a regular at Hot Yoga Healthy You & the Local Yoga Revolution in Temecula but I've been getting a little bored of the same routines (they don't have a lot of class availability or evening availability), so I decided to try Studio YF's "R & B Slow Pilates / Yoga Fusion - Hot" class and it was the first time in a long time that I had FUN! I've never done Pilates so I was t sure what to expect, but the energy in the studio was incredible it felt like a space that was okay to move at your own pace, respect your own limits and even experiment with rolling or other types of positions. We were laughing, sweating, learning, and growing together. The best way I could sum it up was that it felt like "hanging out with the girls" even though I went there solo. I feel like the only downside was the size of the studio. The studio itself is very cute but the mats were pretty close together so it didn't allow a larger girl like myself to really stretch out sideways. There were stretches where we entered each others' space but that honestly felt fine! I had so much fun on my first class. They have so much to offer, so I'm excited to go back. And shout out to Saraijah for putting on such a fun class and letting us experiment! read more

Studio YF has become my second home over the past 4 months. They have a great variety of classes for beginners and some that are more advanced. I was a little intimidated walking into my first yoga/Pilates class because I wasn't sure what to expect, but the instructors here immediately put me at ease. They are kind, encouraging, and tailor the workouts so everyone can move at their own pace. I love seeing such a diverse group of women in each class, everyone shows up to better themselves and to cheer each other on. As a busy mom, wife, and business owner, it can be hard to find fitness time that really counts. Every class here leaves me feeling like I've gotten an effective, optimized workout in a short amount of time, and I truly look forward to it each week. Tonight I tried the new reformer studio on Harvard, also owned by Yoga Fusion, and it is absolutely beautiful. I just love this studio!! I started off with mat classes and just love how each class the instructors make sure you feel great and ready to take on the outside world. I love that the instructions are great and they really take time to correct anything the could cause harm to your body with the moves. I was so happy that they added the reformers classes because it's a different workout that sneaks up on you giving you great results. Each of the instructors will offer modifications so that every level person gets a great work out!! I'm so happy to have this studio in town. read more

I love this studio !! I started on new years and let me tell you it will kick your ass!! But in a very good humbling way. My first class I had was with the child friendly which is really nice if you would like to brings your kids in. I don't have kids BUT it was to feel the flow. as of now I love taking my 5am class with Lorena ! Shout out to her and her bomb music !!! Also shout out to Chantell who I started taking classes not that long ago and you will be put to work as well as MIMI who is awesome and will out you to work !!! I just love the vibe from the instructors and the girls. You don't feel some type of way and everyone one is here to have a good time and work on themselves. What a great addition in a central part of Hemet. Chantall's class was great. I definitely felt the workout the next day, but she was able to help with modifications for an injury I have that's still healing and even felt better the following day after good stretching and putting myself through different movement. I believe I've been going to Studio YF for almost a year now, and it has been undeniably worth it. The pricing is so affordable especially when considering what all the package offers include. I've done a class with every instructor and they all offer such a unique skill set, yet all the classes flow together so smoothly! They're genuinely a team. The owner has created such a safe place for beginners, you'll never feel behind at any rate and for those who are advanced, there's always an optional challenge. It's just such an inclusive space! Such an amazing studio with even more amazing ladies! From the instructors to the lovely people attending, it is a great environment. I have taken classes for over a month now and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. The sculpt and Pilates classes are challenging in the best way. We are pushed to do our best but also encouraged to go at our own pace. Chantall and Mimi do a great job instructing and correcting form if need be. Very welcoming & I didn't feel out of place, being this was my first ever Pilates class. I did get there not as early as I should have & got left with the smaller weights, but definitely get there early and snag the bigger weights for an awesome core workout session- I enjoyed both the Sculpt & Pilates Flow ( worked up an nice sweat for sure..!)
