Where can I begin? I have been seeing Dr. Ronit and Dana for treatment since late March of 2018 and must say I have started to see improvements in my health and wellbeing from my very first adjustment. I must add that I suffered from hormonal imbalance and extreme anxiety as well as severe cystic acne. I suffered from severe allergies for a good 10 years. They seemed to have developed in my adult life. I am pretty much allergic to everything except for foods. Especially when the weather changes and the temperatures drastically change. They were extremely debilitating and made my daily life a struggle. There were many times I would have to take off of work because I would have the worst headaches, feel nauseous and could barely even open my eyes. Then I met Dr. Ronit and Serenity Holistic Healthcare. I knew absolutely nothing about chiropractic except it had something to do with helping your spine if you had any back or neck issues. Boy was I in for a treat! I started getting adjusted 3 times a week and learning more and more about chiropractic. For a number of years I suffered with severe joint pains in my knees and legs due to arthritis. The doctors gave me pain killers which only numbed the pain for a limited amount of time. In addition I took a variety of herbs from the health food store. However, I was still in a lot of pain. One day the health food provider recommended that I go for a consultation with Dr. Ronit Vilan (Serenity Holistic Healthcare) to see if she could help me. By this time I was having difficulty with my flexibility and mobility, so much so that that while at physical therapy someone asked me if I had a stroke because I was having difficulty with my range of motion. Even though I pretended to be alright with a smile on my face, the truth is that I was living with a tremendous amount of pain but dealt with it the best I could. I went for the consultation with Dr. Ronit and she has been the answer to my prayers. During that visit I could see that Dr. Ronit was devoted to her patients, and that she and her friendly staff strived to offer superior service to the patients. I had met Dr.Ronit and Dana at a Local Holistic Meeting in early 2018 and thank God I did. A short time later I developed a major injury to my lower back. I was in so much pain and couldn't stand up correctly and after feeling lost I found their card and set up an appointment. I never was at a Chiropractors office before and wasn't sure what to expect. I came to their office walking in a # 7 position (Bent Over) and as soon as I entered the office I felt as if I was with friends. I had excruciating pain in my knees for over two years. My general physician sent me to therapy. My gynecologist sent me to a rheumatologist, who did blood work and took x-rays. Then he informed me of the major wear and tear on my joints. I was also told to walk, ride a bike, and it would help to lose some weight. I did the best I could, along with taking a variety of vitamins. However, pain was still quite fierce and frequent. I met Dr. Vilan, and after my first adjustment, I felt so much relief, I broke down and cried. A friend referred me to Dr. Ronit for my lower back pains. Within in 3 months I started feeling a big difference. I now have adjustments once a month and my back is feeling great. Most recently I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. I spoke to Dr. Ronit and she recommended Laser Therapy. The treatment consisted of 6 sessions. The pain on my foot was a ten on my first session.
