It was local and affordable, normally forced to go long distances to find service. Wonderful service. Will come back again in the future.

This was my first time visit and was recommended by a colleague. I received a full-body table…read moremassage and was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. The massage was average. However, my visit was immediately tainted when as we were handing her our tip, one of the workers said it was not enough and that there is a mandatory 20% tip. This is told to us AFTER we were done with our massages. This "mandatory 20% tip" is not written on any of the menus or signs in the establishment and it was not mentioned prior to our service. When we questioned her about the mandatory tip, she adamantly requested a 20% tip regardless. I have never been asked for a larger tip at any establishment before, unless a gratuity fee was explicitly written or mentioned. Fortunately, we called the manager, who resolved the situation. Nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed at this interaction and will not be returning to this place again.

I usually request Jenny because her pressure is perfect for me, not too gentle and not too deep. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and I appreciate that they're open late. My only suggestion would be to provide blankets since the rooms can sometimes feel a little chilly. Overall, a great place for a massage and I will definitely continue to come back

I love coming here for foot massages and have always had a great experience. The place is clean,…read morequiet, and easy to book. They honor appointments and the staff is always welcoming. One thing I really appreciate is that the massage chair converts into a flat bed, so I don't have to get up and move during my session. The blankets are also a huge plus and make the experience much more comfortable. I've also had full body massages here and enjoyed them. Whether I pay with cash or card, the process is easy, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to relax and unwind.

It was just ok. They don't speak English at all. At the end they asked my partner and I what we…read morewanted to tip for a 30minute foot massage and I said $10. They added $10 for each and when I tried to dispute it they wouldn't budge. I normally wouldn't comment on a small business but the way they handled payment was sketchy. I clearly said $10 total because I know the lady who worked on my fiance did an ok job where as mine was really bad. Also as two people who professionally do massage and soft tissue work I can't help but feel like we were ripped off. And for background we are on vacation but regularly get worked on by each other and other licensed therapists in the industry. It's fine for a cheap massage but for a 30minute foot massage from someone who doesn't have a good gage of anatomy and what areas you have to change the pressure I'm pretty annoyed that I gave her an additional $10 for ruining my day. I'm giving a 3 bcs my fiances therapist was a 4 and mine was a 1.

Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the technology-free environment, as I had planned to catch up on emails. However, disconnecting turned out to be a blessing. It gave my eyes and brain the much-needed break they craved. The location itself is a serene oasis. I thoroughly enjoyed moving from the cold plunge to the heated pool, then relaxing by the fire pit, and indulging in the steam room and dry sauna. The eucalyptus steam was an absolute highlight--hands down the best I've ever experienced. Walking out of Refuge Days, I felt rejuvenated and like a whole new woman. This place is a true sanctuary for relaxation and self-care. I can't wait to return and embrace the tranquility again.

Reception was helpful and friendly and facilities were overall pretty clean and well maintained. No issues with the steam room/hot tubs/cold plunge pools and sauna. The only bit that irked me a little was that this place is supposed to be SILENT and also they clearly stated in the rules that there are no saving seats with personal items but these rules were both not enforced, people were talking/laughing and not a single staff was there to remind them to quiet down. Also around the firepits people were leaving their towels to claim spots so it was hard to find a seat around the firepits, 2 of the firepits had no one sitting there but all the chairs had towels on them. The anti-gravity chairs were also really squeaky (like more than normal), so it was hard to relax with all the sounds. Overall a nice place but they really should enforce the rules that they have to make it a more pleasant experience for those of us who are there to relax. Also- not sure why it is so hard for people to follow the rules, i mean are you guys just stupid or illiterate and can't read the signs that say "silence"?

I've been going to Lucky Foot Relaxation Massage for quite some time now, and I can honestly say…read moreevery therapist I've worked with has been experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and very well trained. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to understand my specific focus areas and adjust the massage based on what my body needs that day. They really listen and tailor the session to what works best for me, whether it's deep tissue focus, recovery, or overall relaxation. And then they always take time to make me feel comfortable. Another thing that stands out is their flexibility and customer service. Many times I've reached out last minute because I happened to be nearby or wanted to book same day, and they've often been able to accommodate me with therapists ready to go. Consistently professional, clean, reliable, and high quality service. Highly recommend.

I had already planned to leave a tip, but when it wasn't what they considered their "minimum," I was questioned about it and even laughed at. That alone was unprofessional, but it didn't stop there. The front desk staff then pulled out a tip sign that was hidden behind another sign--something that should have been clearly visible from the start if it's truly their policy. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I would not recommend this place.
