I've been to Serenity Health and Wellness Center many times before for a massage but never to the Nail Salon. I had a gift card and an event to go to so I decided to take advantage of it. I was very pleased with the gentleman who took my call to get me scheduled for three different services as the online booking isn't very user friendly (that could just be me though.) This was a complete 180 from the last time I tried to call when the woman seemed very burdened by me trying to make an appointment over the phone. She was not at all helpful and I ended up putting off this appointment even longer in fear I would burden someone else. When you walk in you're instantly hit with the most delicious smell (I really need to figure out what that is!) There's a waterfall as seen in one of my photos as the first thing you see when you walk in which I just adore. I was greeted by the receptionist, Abby and she was delightful. So vibrant, sweet, patient, accommodating, explained everything well and answered all of my questions with grace and knowledge. One thing I would change is having what I assume was the staff lounge door wide open. It's kind of like Disney where there's something about seeing the hidden areas that makes the place lose some of its magic. At the wellness center there is a certain ambience and professionalism. Continuity at the nail salon would make the place even better. Having said this though, it is more upbeat like a salon so I can see why there might be a bit more leniency in this area. I had no wait and was taken back to a nice room all to myself where I received my foot salt soak (I chose the detox blend) and the infrared sauna. While soaking, I had the best chair massage ever. I was asked if I wanted to put my phone and belongings on the bench next to me and I should've just put my phone down because I was immediately transported to a place of transcendence. The tv with the gorgeous scenery was a big help. I didn't look at my phone once. I don't know what can be done about this but another thing I would suggest is getting the sauna floors underneath the boards where you step in dusted. I then had my luxury manicure with gel polish and Emily did a phenomenal job. She was super friendly, personable, and seemed to love what she does. The spa is beautiful and calm. The decor is nature-inspired and elegant. They went the extra mile accommodating our group for my mom's birthday. There was a welcome sign with our names upon arrival. All the nail techs were super friendly. Mom was impressed and said she'd come back for sure. read more

Very nice nail tech. However she used a cheese grater on my feet and cut my toe. I didn't feel it at the time. She got something to put on it to stop the bleeding. It feels sore now. So I sure hope I do not pick up an infection ! I just read that. Nail salons are not supposed to use cheese graters for this reason. I hope they stop using them. read more

Three of my nails fell off within 30 hours of getting them done. I went back to get them redone, and they charged me over $10. Then, one of the nails they fixed fell off within 48 hours. It's absurd that I pay a lot of money for these services and a tip when they do not even last, then have to pay more when it's their fault?? Never going back again. read more

We are happy campers! My sister treated me to a pedicure at Serenity Nail Salon & Spa. The ladies that provided the service did a fabulous job. The massage chairs took away a kink in my back that I woke up with. We had a nice relaxing time. The service was wonderful! Ahhhhh, I'll be back! read more

Don't go here unless you want ingrown toenail from improper pedicure. The girl didn't want to buff my feet either. Which is one of the best parts of a pedicure. Cuticles were also hurting from being cut too much read more

I've visited twice for mani-pedi with Erin. I have found the staff to be very welcoming and nice.... it's apparent that there is good rapport among the staff. Erin has done a lovely job both times..... I will be back for more. I don't do gels because of damage it does to nails... but have found it very worthwhile to upgrade to their SHINE nail polish.... hold up almost as well as gel for me. read more

Used gift card for manicure. Fingernails were cut to the quick. I did NOT ask to have my nails cut this short, have never worn my nails like this and it will take time for them to grow out. Asked for clear polish, she did one base coat and that was it. Finished with damaged bleeding cuticles. read more

I really want to like it here. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming but the quality of work is subpar. I usually do regular pedicures and sometimes gel manicures. Both always have imperfections, and when brought up in the past, not much effort is made to fix it. Again, lovely staff but quality is lacking. Probably won't book here again, even if in a pinch. read more

I have been here a couple times, and must say all my services were less than mediocre. I tried to report my discrepancies with the office manager I called two times and spoke to someone at the front desk who insisted the office manager would call me back and he never did. This was on Monday, May 1, 2023 service date was Sunday, April 30, 2023. My last experience my toes ended up smudging an hour after I got home! During my manicure, my cuticles were not clipped . I requested a French manicure. The nail tech was so nice but my French manicure had jagged lines uneven did not look neat. I probably could've done it myself and better. I also booked my appointment on the app with Li, trying to have a better experience, and upon arrival to my surprise, my nail tech had been changed, and I was advised that if I wanted someone specific tech I needed to personally request for them on the app of which nowhere does that specify. For the price and the deposit and hassle it takes to book I just don't think it's worth coming here. read more
