They have massage chairs that were very relaxing and I had it going before and during my pedicure. I was thrilled that even with all the customers, it didn't feel loud and chaotic and there was a very chill vibe. They give a 5% discount if you pay with cash, so I wanted to share that tip (I'm always looking for discounts), and the foot and leg massage were the best I can recall having. They did a great job with my pedicure as well, so I plan to make this a regular visit. I tried to get a good picture of my feet, but my comfort threshold would not allow me to post a photo. I went in for a pedicure and, for the amount of money I was charged, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Just look at the pictures. My toenails were not properly or evenly filed and shaped, and the polish application around the edges looks messy and unfinished. Some of the nails aren't even shaped consistently. This does not look like the finished result of a professional pedicure that I paid good money for. A pedicure is supposed to include proper nail care, shaping, filing, clean polish application, and attention to detail. I shouldn't leave a nail salon looking at my toes and immediately noticing things that should have been corrected before I ever got out of the chair. I don't mind paying for good service, but I absolutely expect the quality of the work to match the price. Unfortunately, this experience did not.
