I was surprised that Creation actually made and held a real reservation--sometimes nail salons give you a time, and when you arrive, you still have to wait. Not here! They made sure we sat next to each other for our pedicures and manicures. The salon looks new and was clean. Nice massage chairs, lots of polish colors. My favorite part was my nail technician, Tina. She was so friendly and helpful from the very beginning. We had a fun conversation, and she has a great sense of humor. She also took one look at my nails and said shellac would never stick on them because of the oils in my nails. I have had such problems with gel polish and she was the first to tell me why! I got the dip and it looks great. She also took care to apply the powder in thin layers for my nail's health, and it also looks better than when it's super thick and heavy. I'm happy with my nails and will look forward to returning here, and I'll definitely be asking for Tina!
