This review is ONLY for the massage staff and the front desk helper Rihanna. I actually was put off by the other woman running the desk at the spa: the initial check in process was brash, and quite unpleasant. But as Rihanna lead us into the co-ed longe, and set us up with our complimentary glass of Champagne, I began to unwind. You are required to wear a mask at ALL times when using the space. That makes things a little difficult when using the rainfall shower head, whirlpool (which wasn't very hot), and the sauna. But just having amenities like these open during Covid is a luxury. On to the massages. My partner's mother generously treated me to a 50 minute wellness massage. When she purchased the gift certificate, she was under the impression that she'd covered gratuity as well...and that I only had to show up and enjoy. The woman who checked me in made it clear I was going to need to pay gratuity, and that the gift certificate wasn't for any service, so if I didn't have the money, I could get something cheaper done. The entire way she handled me was distasteful. I prefer to tip cash DIRECTLY to my masseuse to ensure THEY get the gratuity. I had the pleasure of being assigned Samantha. She has the most amazing bedside manner and energy. I can only say that she successfully released every negative vibe lingering tense in my muscles. After my massage, I felt reset, renewed, at peace, empowered, and ready to create. Just her massage alone shifted my entire perception of my time at the spa. It was intoxicating and beyond enjoyable. My partner was also very pleased with the deep/firm pressure he received at the hands of Armindy. A few amenities are closed due to Covid (like the steam showers). And thankfully, we were the only two who used the space during the span of 3 hours we were there. What I was surprised to learn was as a guest, you can use the amenities for FREE! I had stayed here during the beginning of my trip, and I had no idea I could have been LIVING in that incredible sauna. But overall, paying $118 for a massage and free reign of the amenities was a PERFECT gift to partner and an extremely generous birthday gift! read more

Online sign up for services were problematic and not user friendly. Staff and manager were snide and snippy, not what you would expect from a spa. Had to come twice because staff could not get the email address straight, and it had to be sent multiple times. No apologies. Relaxing spa experience? Just the opposite. For a nail salon service, there are very limited choices. Also, they advertise doing designs but had no one there who actually did designs (yet booked me for one anyway). Worst of all, 4 days later, my nails look horrible. On the plus side, my technician was very nice. I should have followed my instincts and walked away. read more

My daughter and I went to get a manicure and pedicure on our visit to PCB. When we booked the day before, we were told they could accommodate us at the same time. When we arrived the spa looked promising, however when we went back to the nail room only one technician was on duty with another lady from another part of the salon to help her. She asked if we were in a hurry and we were confused as we were supposed to have our services at the same time. We said no we weren't in a hurry however it seemed she was rushed. She went between us both rapidly. Our manicures and pedicures speak for themselves. My gel manicure AND pedicure is already peeling after ONE day and so is my daughter's. An absolute joke especially with the price tag of $318.00 gratuity included by the spa. We will NEVER go back! read more

My massage itself was wonderful but the spa needs work. The facility was very nice but in looking closer I noticed the whirl pool needed cleaning in certain areas, the shower had some mold near the faucet, the wet steam sauna also needed cleaning in certain areas. When I arrived around 10 am to use the spa facilities, the spa attendant asked me if I minded if she vacuumed. I was surprised but said "no I don't mind because I'll be over in the whirlpool." I found that to be odd in a spa in a hotel of this caliber. She vacuumed for awhile and the vacuum got louder as she got closer to my area. Not exactly relaxing. I noticed there was no spa music. I spent about 45 minutes in the spa, went to a couple meetings and arrived later in the day for my massage appointment. When I arrived I asked the receptionist why I didn't hear spa music in the morning. She said it was broken but there's a TV with the cooking channel for women to enjoy. I went in, put on a robe and slippers and waited in a lounge chair to be called for my treatment. The atmosphere was very nice however, there was no spa music and I was staring at a TV playing the cooking channel on mute. I asked the attendant if she could turn the TV to spa / relaxing music. She gave me the remote and told me they didn't know what channel that would be on so I could look myself. I did and found it. I've been to many spas and this was not what I am accustomed to. I will say again, my massage was wonderful. I do think management must look into the physical plant as well as training their staff. read more

Yoga classes with Jessica Mender at Serenity Spa are my new favorite in PCB. I can't rave enough about the beautiful studio, the instructor and spa facilities. The class room is large with a beautiful view of the pool and palm trees. It is peaceful, clean and luxurious. I've attached a photo of the studio and view from my yoga mat tonight. You should check with the spa for current class schedules but I can say Sunday at 9am and Tuesday at 6 classes are awesome! Highly recommend read more

Bad management. No pool towels. Lady said you can go get them at front desk. Nice way to treat your guest Flip flops was a flop bad service. Tides the same bad service waited 35 minutes for breakfast. Had No hot water 2 times and was there for only 3days. Needed a shuttle back to resort from Bar 72 front desk never answered so lady bartender had a Golf cart driver come only to ask do you know how to get to resort OMG. No Valets. Staying at the Sheraton and came over for a relaxing afternoon. Enjoyed the amenities prior o my massage: aromatherapy steam room (eucalyptus), dry sauna, and large hot tub. Then I had the most amazing Swedish massage. I get massages regularly from all around the country (I travel a lot for work). This was the BEST!!! EVER!!!! Natalie was my therapist and she was by far the absolute best masseuse I've ever had. Then to top it off, after my massage, I enjoyed the aromatherapy shower... wow! My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton the weekend of Feb. 20th, 20201. My husband purchased a gift card for the spa. Saturday after breakfast we went and attempted to schedule and was told they were booked that weekend but could get us in on Feb. 27th. We are locals and the 27th being our anniversary we were fine with that and scheduled a 10am couples message. We live 5 miles from BayPoint, and we're beginning to head out to grab a drink and the to our appointment, when we received a call. The lady from the Spa stated that we had missed our appointment for 9am. We trie explaining and was put on hold, just to be hung up on and blocked. So, I called in from my number, she answered. I asked for the managers info, which I was given. Then I begin to explain and was hung up and my number was blocked. I really don't think the realize we are locals and can drive down there any time we please... Don't waste your money on such rude and unprofessional staff! I'm so disappointed! read more

Was not happy with the spa!! When in the sauna unclothed I noticed a female walk by the door. I put my towel on and went out in to the locker area. The female continued to clean the spa while I was in there. She left and came back with a male and he told her what to do! This went on for 30 min! She continued to clean!!! Also twice the 2 female working the front desk also entered the locker room area! This was so wrong in so many ways!!!! It was very uncomfortable to the point I just sat in the waiting area for an hour waiting for my massage! My massage by Garret was great!!!! But after did not want to even shower or use the spa amenities knowing the females would walk back in!! If a male worker walked into a female locker room they would be fired and in jail!!!!! Not kidding!!! The spa director said "sorry she is new!" I still payed my $300 plus dollar bill with nothing else done!! Not a relaxing day! Not a great way to start my vacation!!! The amenities in the spa are fabulous; we wished we would had booked more services, but were on a time constraint. My sister had the deep tissue and I had a Swedish massage and we were pleased with both. The products are wonderful. Friendly staff. We did not stay at the Sheraton but we will make it a point to put this hotel on our list. We usually rent a 2/2 condo, but this spa experience makes me want to stay in the hotel too. I first started coming here because my boss' wife gave all of the office staff a $100 gift card. I took a friend for a signature massage and we have been going every month since. If you make an appt, for any type of service-- massage, pedicure, facial, whatever, you can come at any point to use their facilities. The spa opens early so I would take advantage of this. It includes a hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna, lounge chairs, pool, and showers. Olga is always offering you drinks- water, mimosas, poinsettias, straight champagne, tea, coffee. There are light snacks and you can purchase lunch. We first went in October and loved it so much we called in November to make an appt in December for my birthday. They were having a special- buy one service for the month of November and get the same for free in December. So we've gone every month since October. For every five services you purchase you get the sixth for free. So they've locked us in. Natalie is my massage girl. After my first massage she had me hooked. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her. She's found my trouble areas and she knows the perfect pressure. This place is great for a group of friends or a day to yourself. read more
