I communicated with Tonya for booking and decided on the 90 minute premium couples massage, and Tonya noted ten minutes would be designated for scalp massage (since the moisturizing scalp massage was unable to be booked separately). This package notes the options to choose between vanilla coconut shea oil or Moroccan oil. I specifically chose this package for the Moroccan oil, to make the experience more luxurious for my boyfriend. When we spoke with our massage therapists I wanted to confirm the selected oil, the therapists then notified us that there are no such oils available and they use a standard vegan lotion for all massages. This immediately was disheartening and felt like false advertisement. Unfortunately, the massages themselves were also disappointing. Both of us felt our respective therapists did not dedicate time to the spots we requested, we both felt they carelessly massaged our legs / feet (barely using pressure), and they did not provide the 10 minute scalp massage (which is the only reason I selected the 90 minute massage as opposed to 80 minutes, because Tonya convinced me this was a good alternative). I do get bi-weekly massages so I am accustomed to what the experience SHOULD have been like. Sadly this was very disappointing and I would not return nor recommend. EDITED AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Tonya, this is false advertising. Your website clearly states the oil options under the premium couples massage package. It is disappointing you are attempting to gaslight me and skew the situation.

Randy did mention that they are moving locations next week, however. Intake form was standard. Randy reviewed the form and asked a few questions before allowing time to get on the table. Small touches to the amenities were very nice, such as hooks for bags, a bin for glasses and keys, hair ties provided should you have forgotten your own, and peppermint oil on the face cradle. Randy managed to work on my noted problem areas while completing a full body Swedish within the 60 minutes. He was not chatty, but checked in a few times which I appreciate. He has a good sense of pressure and corrected for some bilateral imbalance in tension, which many massage therapists do not do. Towards the end, warm towels were used on my back and legs to remove excess oil, and I was given a cloth after to remove any excess massage oil. After getting dressed Randy debriefed me on aligning my hip and gave some recommendations about switching sides while carrying my son to avoid imbalance. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would return. Massage is not something I often make time for, but the experience was both relaxing and physically therapeutic here. Well worth the time and expense. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. The only unfortunate part was that my husband was also given a Groupon and was told he could not use it because they moved locations. He had to have his sister call Groupon to reimburse.

The products are light and effective. She's gentle and gives a great upper body massage. For full body massage, my personal favorite is CC, but honestly, I've tried several different therapists and it's always been very good. The salon keeps the prices reasonable and I love this because it gives me room to tip the therapists really well. It's really a win-win for everyone. Last I have to talk about the owner, who is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. I also wasn't even the recipient of the massage -- I had bought a gift certificate to Tatiana's Massage for a family member. Nevertheless I was reminded of my bad experience and am annoyed enough from getting spam texts to finally leave this review. My family member told me the massage was really weird, and they were almost certain that Tatiana was texting on her phone throughout a large portion of it. They said they thought they were going crazy because what massage therapist has the audacity to do that, but they were face down or otherwise couldn't see to confirm during the massage. They just repeatedly felt her attention drift away from the massage as she kept shifting to only using one hand. Then, after the massage, they were exchanging pleasantries before my family member left, and they said she seemed to get a notification on her phone and pulled it out from her apron to look at it DURING their exit conversation. They said that confirmed it that she must have been texting during the massage and they were not in fact imagining it. Tatiana seemed nice during my brief interaction with her when I was purchasing the gift card, but based on my family member's experience I would not recommend this service. It seems her practice has grown and there are other massage therapists working for her now. So maybe they won't be on their phones if you book with them, but as the owner she lacks integrity. There are tons of other great massage therapists in the area who actually deserve your business.
