Skeptical at first since everyone is different and each esthetican uses different products but next day when I get up is always the revealing moment. I have enlarged pores and dirt loves them. Machines tend to not do the job but Lynsie is so far the only person in the peninsula that I have found who's not afraid to tackle them. Dark eye circles and sunspots are certainly regulars on my face. In the past, I would laser to tighten/minimize the pores and decrease the dark spots. Lynsie has really sold me and made me see new light on not needing laser. She asses the skin each time to make sure the treatment we had previous time is working and walk through how the skin feels days after then determine if we should continue same treatment. On the clock every 3 to 4 weeks, I am back for a facial and am hooked ! You truly won't be disappointed!

Customer service is hit or miss, and the checkout lanes remain crowded together with little regard for spacing. My most recent experience was especially frustrating. I stopped in quickly on my way to an event to purchase deodorant, only to find that the barcode wouldn't scan. A passing employee confirmed there was no price in the system at all. After already waiting in line several minutes, this was the final straw-- I left without making a purchase. For such a common item not to even appear in inventory shows a lack of organization and attention to detail. This store gives the impression of being poorly managed and not customer-focused.

He took the hump off of my side profile but if I turn a little bit you can still see that he left a bump on both sides of my nose. It's like he only focused on one angle but forgot every other angle. I brought this up to him during my follow up and he told me to "calm down it will go away" he also said it was "normal" for tissue to come back. But this wasn't regrowth... from the beginning it was clear that there was leftover bumps on both sides. Im not sure why he kept disregarding my concerns but it was clear he didn't care about me as a patient. He wanted to charge me for the whole procedure again to fix it so I decided not to continue with his practice. 3 years after my surgery and I still have the bump on both sides of my nose. The day of my appointment when the nurses were getting me ready they were arguing right infront of me! I was scheduled as the second surgery of the day but then last minute they switched me to the first surgery. Everything seemed so rushed and maybe that's why the doctor forgot to pay attention to detail when it came to my surgery. Maybe he's good with other procedures but I wouldn't recommend coming here for rhinoplasty. He will disregard any end goal you want and override with his own idea. The front view is also crooked and off to the side like coralines nose. Will get redone at another office unfortunately I wasted my money with him.

I will now be a returning client to In Bloom because of getting a great haircut, and having a great overall experience. In Bloom is actually in a former house. Each stylist has their own room as kind of their own private mini-salon. Jilian was my stylist and I will definitely be booking with her again for my next haircut. First, she was very good about me describing and showing my former haircut style from my other stylist. Then she was great about adding her own personal touches and updating my hairstyle, letting me know each step of the way. To finish things up, she gave me excellent tips for how to apply product to my new hairstyle as well! Plus, she is a good conversationalist. I highly recommend Jilian for men's haircuts in the Monterey area!
