Absolutely incredible experience. I am a busy mom of 4 young ones and I don't think I have had so…read moremuch silence in years! I could have spent the entire day here. Everything here is clean and everyone is respectful. You check in and they give you a water and a key to a locker. The locker rooms are clean and each have towels and a super comfy robe. After changing you get to explore. We started with the sauna which has a wall of Himalayan salts. It was packed when we first went in yet despite how many people were in there the room is completely silent. After the sauna we headed over to the cold plunge- they have two options, cold and cool. Probably about and 10-15 degree difference in temperature, both were perfect to plunge in after the sauna. Then we warmed back up in the hot tubs, which again they have two options, warm and hot. We also went into the steam rooms which were great for my husband who was congested at the time. The eucalyptus and steam helped him so much and smells great! There are also fire pits to sit by and enjoy and zero gravity chairs which are in a room with some wonderful relaxing music. The silence policy is very strictly followed which was amazing. I think my favorite aspect of this concept is that even polite courtesies which are typically expected when around strangers are not expected. Everyone is respectful without feeling the need to say anything. It's was so refreshing. There was only one group at one point of 5 young girls all enjoying the hot tub and chatting quite loudly ( we could hear them from inside the sauna) but seems like maybe someone said something to them because when we passed by them later on they were still talking but whispering. Other than that I don't think I heard a word from anyone the entire time. I just wish we had been able to get massages, we booked this last minute (our fault) and everything was full. Next time (and there will definitely be a next time) we will get massages! Yet even without a massage I still left feeling as though we had had one, that's how relaxed we were.

My favorite place to relax. Gorgeous views and amazing amenities, the perfect place to rejuvenate…read more Been visiting this lovely spa for years. I will go ahead and give this spa 5 stars but let me explain why…read more.. First the staff is truly amazing! Harmoni was so sweet she greeted us and showed us around the entire spa! She made us feel very welcome and I really appreciated her hospitality feel. Second, Allison did my massage which to be quite honest was a 10 out of 10 for me! That's one of the best massages I've had in a very long time! Only downside was I did a 50 minute which was not even close to long enough! I would come back to her for an 80 minute hands down no questions asked! Third, they have pretty decent amenities. The tea is freakin delicious! Water a plus! Robes were comfy and they provided sandals. Awesome! Now here are the cons: 1. The pool and jacuzzi spa are outside and shared with the hotel guests so when you go outside little kids are jumping in and out of the jacuzzi, splashing around and making a lot of noise. I believe kids should be kids and not have to feel restricted. So with that said this spa is lacking in having its own private spa jacuzzi for relaxation vibes. 2. The "relaxation room" ain't so quiet. It's too close to the entrance so when people come in or check out you hear everything which is so annoying if you're trying to read or relax before or after the massage. Plus it shares a room where the staff out away the items used. So yeah lots of movement going on. 3. The steam room completely lacks steam! Which totally defeats the purpose. I hated that so much . 4. They do not have a swim suit spinner to get the water off your swim wear! You have to leave with it sopping wet in a plastic bag. That's the upside of the situation they provide a bag for you! Big Whoop! Overall I give it a 5 for what they do have and not for what they don't! So just know if you do go that's what's lacking!

The receptionist was very friendly and showed us all the amenities of the spa. Even though we weren't staying at the hotel, we still would have access to all the features, such as the gym. We started off in the changing rooms which were really nice and clean. There were a lot of little goodies available to help you freshen up before your service. We were also each given a locker key, sandals, and a robe which we appreciated. Once you are changed, you wait in the lounge where the staff will get you when they are ready. The lounge was water, coffee, tea, and a handful of snacks available while you wait. My husband and I were picked up promptly at our start time and were led into our room. The ladies that worked with us were great and did a good job adjusting things for us as needed. Since I'm pregnant, they had special pillows for me so that I could lay in my stomach. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely come back!

World class spa =/= world class providers…read more With a musculoskeletal disorder, I know the difference between a good massage and a great one. I have scoliosis and told my massage therapist I have tightness on my left side. She went over it quickly then spent a LOT of time on my right side. I thought she'd return back to the left side but then she moved to the legs, so I figured she'd get back to my problem area as a finisher. Soon, the massage was over. So that was a bummer. I also asked for firmer pressure early on and I could've sworn I heard her scoff at my request. Another big bummer. I'm not mean spirited so I said everything was fine at the end because at that point what can she even do? Probably nothing. I didn't speak up during the service about returning to my problem area because who am I to direct a professional when I'm assuming she heard me and would address it later on? I really hate to say it but I could have paid less than half the $300 I spent here and stayed home instead of flying out to this spa specifically to be disappointed like this. I reached out to them about this on a Friday and as of today (Wednesday) I haven't heard back from them. It's definitely a very cute, fun place to throw money at if you have it to throw, but if you want services that are actually worth your money with providers who are world class professionals at what they do, this is not the place. The amenities are nice. I can tell it's not meant to get ready in, rather you'd have a spa day then return to your room to get ready. Very... intimate locker room, awesome sauna, and the view from the outdoor hot tubs is to die for!! In the future I'd stay at the hotel and try out a different spa nearby (:

The tub was worn down so you can see the stains, however, it was clean. It may be off putting for some ppl, just fyi. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. The sauna was also a nice touch. Wish there was a cold plunge, but we used the shower instead for a cold rinse. I have an anxious mind and it's very hard for me to relax, I didn't achieve it here, but was able to calm my nerves just a bit. My bf loved it and was fully able to zen out and enjoyed the sauna. The teas were nice pairing. Afterwards we had our massages. The masseuses looked like students, but overall they did a nice job, not the best, but it was calming. Unsure if they are certified. We have had various massages & I have my go to. These ones were just okay. My masseuse was kind and made sure the pressure was okay for me. I didn't get a hot towel afterwards to wipe the oil/lotion off so I was left sticky when we went out for dinner in DT SC. I think because of social media I was itching to try this place. A bit on the pricier side for the quality, however, more affordable compared to other Bay Area places. Staff were nice, street parking. Pay to park.
