Based on my experience, he demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor business ethics, and an unacceptable attitude. That is not the level of customer service I expect from someone operating a business. I also disagree with several statements he made publicly. He claimed I didn't pay his full price, which was not my experience. Every time he serviced my apartment, I paid the amount he requested. He also implied that he had been servicing my apartment for years, when in reality he only serviced it two or three times, with each visit occurring roughly six months apart. Instead of addressing legitimate customer concerns, he chose to attack my credibility and respond with statements that I believe are inaccurate. In my opinion, that raises more concerns than the original issue itself. A professional business owner should be able to handle criticism respectfully, communicate effectively, and work toward a resolution--not argue with customers or block them when concerns are raised. I'm sharing my experience so others can make their own informed decision. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this service provider.

He not only honored the quote, but went ahead and cleaned our hallway runner without an extra charge. We were both very grateful. Jay did let us know about the different types of stains and how they interact with different surfaces to let us know what may or may not come out, I was expecting there may be some sticking around, but after about two and a half hours of him working on everything, the stains were all out! We did have a very nice conversation about how he started his business and his experiences with it and it really all boiled down to the fact that he wanted more flexibility to be a dad. That was really great, because too many kids don't have that relationship with their parents and being that I've worked in elementary schools for a few years, it's important to me that kids have that love and support. When I first called, the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. He had me text him pictures of the couch and was very confident they could make a significant improvement. That gave me the confidence to book the appointment. The technician came out the next day. He was running a little behind, but I really appreciated that he texted me ahead of time to let me know. When he arrived, he was much more cautious about setting expectations than the person I spoke with on the phone, which admittedly made me a little nervous. Even so, he worked efficiently and did a thorough job. There are only two things I'd mention for anyone considering upholstery cleaning. First, on the seat cushions, some of the dirt seemed to settle toward the front edge as the extraction tool passed over the fabric, so there are still a few light stains in those areas. Second, my couch was extremely wet afterward. I was told it could take up to four days to dry. With several fans running, mine was fully dry in about two days, but it's something to plan for. Overall, my sectional looks about 85% better than it did before, and that's a huge win. It saved me from buying a new couch, which would have cost far more than the cleaning. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use Heaven's Best again in the future.
