This is my second time using Herrera's. The first time, they cleaned a sofa for my mother. Most recently they 'scotch guarded' my new cream & beige living room & dining room furniture. Mario was very responsive to messages. He was on time & he and his coworker were very professional. The next day I noticed a discoloration on the arm of the sofa. I texted Mario & he came back to my home in less than 10 minutes of my text. He cleaned/treated the area and the discoloration was gone. It wasn't from anything Mario had done. Needed my rooms carpet cleaned. Have heard really good things about this company from my cousin who uses them due to her having white area rug that she needs to keep it clean. So I decided to go with them to clean my carpets I have in 3 rooms. They had a special for 3 room for 175 bucks you can't beat that. The arrived on time. Started preparing their equipment n treating the carpets advised them of the pet stains they treated the stains as well. Took them about a hour to prep and clean all areas. Due to the heavy duty carpet I have they informed me that some stains may come back bcuz more then likely the stains are in the padding as well so they will more then like show back up due to heavy activity in those areas which was understood. Took my carpet a little longer to dry as well due to the type of carpet it was but over all I'm completely satisfied with the services I received. Just suck that I didn't do before and after photos so that the difference could be seen. I will do better next time. I contracted this family owned business to clean my porcelain tile with 8 years of grime build up. I explained to them that I didn't want the salesman approach. Just to be honest with what they can deliver. They did a spot clean on a few tiles just to ensure that I was comfortable with the outcome. It looked great so we proceeded. I also expressed my concerns regarding the baseboard. They were freshly painted and I didn't want the machines too close the the walls. They heard my concerns and suggested to hand clean the perimeter of the floor. This put me at ease regarding the machines not damaging the baseboards. Overall a great job. Jorge was quick to respond with a quote and the price was good. He showed up on time and he explained in detail the carpet I have and the pros and cons. I was very impressed not only with the knowledge but how professional he was, they use some plastic barriers to make sure the doors and walls do not get messed up with the hose they use.
