This place is cash only and there's a small lot on the side perfect if you're grabbing yours to go. It was $5 for a large coffee and 2 donuts, so the pricing is also great here! I visited this humble and unassuming bakery for the first time this morning and picked out 2 donuts new to me - a peanut donut and a banana donut - from their 15 or so variety selection. Once home, I could fully appreciate each donut's size and heft! Half of the peanut donut was plenty for me with a cup of coffee. Most intriguing was how the crushed peanuts stay attached to outside of the donut - they were sweetened peanuts but not overly so, and the coating was substantial. The donut itself was a delight with a pronounced vanilla flavor and dense and distinctly not-greasy crumb. I'm hardly a donut person (pretty much the opposite actually), but I will go out of my way to pick these up for special occasions! read more

I have really been digging this spot lately. The woman who owns this place is lovely and makes a delicious product. THere are a lot of chocolate chip cookies out there and I think these ones are some of the best. Not greasy, but substantial and good chocolate chip distribution and flavour. This shop sells 2 things: Paul deLima coffee and homemade doughnuts. The owner told me they've been in business for over 34 years with those 2 items, which speaks volumes about how well-loved this place is. The doughnuts are made absolutely fresh every morning by the owner. My favorite? The coffee roll - a big fat cinnamon roll just right for breaking apart and dunking in coffee. They only make 3 kinds of doughnut holes - powdered sugar, raspberry filled and cinnamon sugar - but you can't beat the price, 12 for $2.00. The service is very friendly, and I always feel welcome.
