First time here. The service was friendly and helpful. I ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and an egg, lightly toasted. Unfortunately, parts of the bagel tasted burnt, and I couldn't really find any jalapeños on it. I'm not sure if I even got the right one. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I had a hankering for a breakfast sandwich and it was approaching noon, so decided to try a local bagel cafe. Bagelicious is tucked into a corner of Bayberry plaza, and does not disappoint. Owner and staff friendly and welcoming. All American on Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel made fresh to order with a very short wait time. I also ordered a sugar cookie for a co worker. The best breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time, two scrambled eggs, double cheese, double bacon. The bagel itself was amazing! They do offer many homemade cream cheese flavor, and toppings as well! I did want to try the bagelicious sauce, next time! Sandwiches are large and pre cut in half making them easy to share. Cozy, clean , breakfast/lunch cafe ambience, flavored coffee's and tea available. I've been in Liverpool many years and wonder how I've missed this hidden little gem of a cafe for over a decade! They definitely are making the world better, one bite at a time!

This is a great family owned business. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The inside is nice and clean with some tables to stay and sit if you choose to eat there. The food is simple but delicious. Made to order. They have many cream cheese options and fresh bagels. I love the italian sandwich which comes with cream cheese, egg, cheese, and pepper relish. I like to add bacon to mine. Fair pricing for what you get and it really tastes good.

Not the greatest. Drove from the valley of Syracuse to this establishment. Clean interior, friendly staff. I chose the western on an everything bagel. I wasn't aware of how this sandwich is prepared. The onions, peppers, and ham are chopped up into mini pieces and mixed into the egg. I thought it would've been separate and layered. Taste was decent. I just expected a bit more. I did add some hot sauce to the sandwich for more flavor. To add, the muffins were amazing!

Stopped by for lunch and was not disappointed. the bagels are definitely delicious, so it lives up to its name. the staff was friendly and patient with our questions. our food was ready quickly and was a hit all around. if i'm back in the area and craving a good bagel, i know where to go

Gross disgusting burnt bagel. Terrible service . Place is old and dirty. The food is very bad. Also very expensive. 11 for coffee and bagel. Bagel with no taste too

This has quickly become one of my go-to breakfast spots. Very clean inside and the staff are always friendly. The bagels are the softer type without the crunch on the outside, so if you love NYC bagels you might not love these. I find them delicious; they're always very fresh and soft inside and there are so many varieties to choose from. Favorites so far are the egg bagel and cheddar bagel. Have tried a few of the breakfast sandwiches (The Bagelicious, Salt City Bagel, Italian Egg Sandwich) and all have been top notch in both flavor and presentation. My only minor complaint is that they go a little light on the bacon.

I ordered a bagel, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel. It was really delicious. Sizable egg portion. My only complaint is that there was barely any cheese on the sandwich. Would have held everything together better. The pumpkin spice cappuccino was good but the home fries were the best. The peppers and onions were a great addition!

On the left The Megalicious and on the right The Bagelicious Breakfast Sandwich - recommend the jalapeño cheddar bagel!

Whole wheat bagel was good, but the egg on it looked like a flattened pancake/ thick piece of paper and didn't like egg at all.

The onion rings were pretty good, too. I gotta say for a place that kinda screams "overpriced", it really isn't. Came to almost exactly 50 dollars for two burgers with fries, order of onion rings, and a soft drink. Honestly? In this economy? Pretty fair for the size and quality. 6 dollars for a shake kinda surprised me too, albeit I didn't order one. Server was nice. Place was probably overstaffed, but pretty great experience overall. Very pleasantly surprised. Check it out.

The calm ambiance and muted, cinnamon-brown walls of the space's predecessor, Cafe at 407, which closed at the end of 2023, have been replaced with TVs in the dining area and bar, a wall-length mural and a little nook with a neon sign that reads "Say Cheese!" and Polaroids of satisfied customers pinned to the wall. The menu taps into childhood fast food nostalgia, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes -- plus beer, wine, cocktails and boozy sodas. With five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two salads, a few shareable starters, Fly Bird chicken tenders, a Chicago-style glizzy and a fried fish sandwich served only on Fridays, the menu isn't long, but offers enough variation to appeal to most diners. The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday right at opening time. We were sat and given menus immediately. We decided to share a burger and fries and an order of tenders. We ordered the blue suede shoes - a burger topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, pickles and house remoulade and an order of hot stuff buffalo tenders. Our food was brought relatively quickly and we enjoyed everything. Fries were fresh, crispy and seasoned, burger was cooker perfectly, the tenders were fresh, crispy, saucy and had just the slightest kick of heat to them. Our server was very friendly and helpful, prices were comparable to similar restaurants, and we has plenty of food to bring home. We'd definitely go again.

Got Roast Beef/Lettuce/Provolone/ Thousand Island. Sandwiches are hard to mess up and impress when they are cold cut but the price for the size along with the roast beef being a good cut definetly make this a good sandwich and I can understand the enjoyment. Coupled with it I ordered a soup and while they didnt have the meatball medley the chicken noodle was warm and comforting and additionally they gave us a mac salad to make up for the meatball medley being ordered but not available. We came around lunch time on Saturday August 30th 2025 - Upon walking in, I noticed the menu board was written in very small font and had no descriptions so it was kind of hard to figure out what we wanted. I asked the employee for the most popular choice and she recommend the Brooklyn special which had swiss cheese, pastrami, corned beef and prosciutto. This came on a rye bread, with a type of mayonnaise and we added lettuce, tomato and onions. We got only 3 pickles for the huge sandwich which really did not seem like enough. I appreciated how much meat there was but the overall sandwich was lacking in flavor. The "Russian dressing" tasted like regular mayo. I did not see a regular reuben sandwich option on the menu, perhaps this was something you needed to request - but it would have been better to have a toasted bread perhaps or just a different sauce. Portion was huge, pricing was fair, but the overall flavor was boring so that is disappointing.
