The cannoli cookie was delicious! It was actually a cookie on top of a cannoli, but was still so good. There was a bit of a line in the morning and a really long line at night. We were there in the morning and heard people ordering breakfast sandwiches, but didn't see them on the menu. The ambiance is like a little coffee shop. Stale food every visit, had a $6 tiny fruit plate, the fruit had turned ! Fermented fruit plate at Turning Stone Casino. disgusting and $6 dollars just endlessly seating in glass cabinet. The desserts are so old i had banana cream pic and the bananas on top were turning into banana chips, so disgusting. there is no where to complain, nowhere to turn they just dont care. read more

Super sweet selection.... this is a quick order, pick up and pay kind of place. Their desserts here are very good and even richer. They always have a wide variety of items, cupcakes, cannolis, fudge, cakes, geleto, donuts and homemade bread. They also make a surprisingly good breakfast sandwich here and its fast. Pair this with a house coffee and you will be very happy. I like the convenience of this, great alternative to sitting down at a restaurant for breakfast. Price can be expensive. read more

From the assorted Asher's Chocolates, to the homemade cookies and pastries (pic: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/opals-confectionery-oneida-county?select=C5fVOZpA-TJnMd4EsONUfA#Ldv3JLEeBWj8npvl8GKEdw), to their delicious gelatos, I'll say that the treats here are worth every penny though! Assorted chocolates (pic: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/opals-confectionery-oneida-county?select=C5fVOZpA-TJnMd4EsONUfA#GPUNp776NsfyOiYEkvulkw) are a bit pricey at $19/lb but they offer a good selection of dark-chocolates (my favorites!) including coconuts and caramel pieces. In my assorted bag of awesomeness, I also managed to snag some chocolate-dunked Oreos, as well as a blueberry "cluster" (with white chocolate holding it all together). Their chocolate chip cookies are delicious as well - large and loaded with chunks of semi-sweetness for $1.75. Lastly, the gelatos (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/opals-confectionery-oneida-county?select=C5fVOZpA-TJnMd4EsONUfA#C5fVOZpA-TJnMd4EsONUfA) were equally as decedent (I'm talking to you, Cookies n' Cream!), with eight nicely presented flavors to choose from at the time of my visit. In addition to all the sweets, you can get bagels, muffins, and egg sandwiches, with the egg sandwiches running a pretty-reasonable (for a casino anyway) $3.50 with bacon and cheese included. I have yet to eat a "real meal" here, so can't comment on the above. In my last series of reviews of the many establishments within Turning Stone back in 2019, I forgot to write one about Opal's, the amazing bakery cafe in between Exit 33 and the casino floor. I will not make that mistake again, as we made stops at Opal's every day from Sunday to Wednesday this week. Prices are reasonable, treats are massive, service is always friendly, and the place itself is utterly spotless. Here is a recap of our purchases throughout our vacation: Everything Croissant - rich and buttery, made savory by a medley of bagel seeds, and happily heated up by the team behind the counter - incredible. Funfetti Croissant - filled with pastry creme, topped with sprinkles and vanilla frosting - excellent and sweet. Chocolate Chip Muffin - Perfectly balanced in that it was chocolaty without being overly sweet. Hazelnut Cannoli - So good we took some home with us - chocolate filling, rolled in crushed nuts and topped with a nice edible sparkle. Chocolate Chip Cannoli - Same as above. Peach Cobbler Croissant - the only item we did not love - it was good, but there was no peach, the filling was cream cheese, and I think maybe this item was mislabeled in the display. The crumb topping was solid though. Chocolate Fudge - Rich and sweet, and we actually had our eyes on the cookies and creme fudge, the mint fudge, and the praline fudge too but we waited too long and missed out. Next time we come back to TS, we are getting that fudge first and holding it in reserve in our room in case we bust out at the tables! read more

The bakery is located inside of the casino. The bakery always have a line of people but it never lasts too long. There is cookies, cakes, coffee, chocolate and everything else you can think of! The plain cannoli is delicious and filled with a thick cream filling! The cheese danish is flakey and taste great slightly warmed! The blueberry lemon scone was my favorite treat! A burst of flavor that just melts in your mouth! The price is a little higher than the average confectionary but that is due to the casino atmosphere. read more

Note: I am writing this review while in Las Vegas. Turning Stone, I guess, would be my local casino. Straight up, Opals rivals anything similar you'd find here in Vegas, or anywhere else. This place is terrible. Dry cannolis with tasteless filling. Everything is overpriced as well. Only good thing I had here was the fudge.

Everything here is great! They serve Starbucks coffee, refreshers and frappes! The baked goods are always delicious. The opals brownie and the triple chocolate cupcakes are always delicious, never dry! Highly recommend the iced Carmel macchiato, or a strawberry acia refresher to drink! read more

Starbucks coffee is a plus, but when ordering chocolates & pastries be sure to check the bag you are handed before leaving the counter. Only after 1 1/2 hours of travel from the casino to the final destination with the building excitement of tasting the chocolately goodness of an ordered peanut butter cup, was it discovered that said assumed-delectable confection had never actually been placed in the bag by the Opal's clerk. This place had great food and coffee. They serve starbucks which is nice because its the only way to get starbucks within 20 miles. Also their baked goods are very good and prices aren't bad. I would definitely spend my winnings here! The staff isn't very good but heck, I'll deal with them so I can eat their baked goods read more
