When the manager found ragged stock in the wearhouse, he took it away and I overheard him tell someone to return it to the whoesaler. Home Deport or Lowes leaves imperfect wood on display. Then when I needed a simple caulk gun, one of the sales people knew how each one performed differently. Talk about product knowledge on a random item! I can't even get a floor walker at Lowes to find the correct nut&bolt from all the drawers, or do more than read a lable on something in front of me. Shopping at this newly openned building supply store is a pleasure.

When we approached the customer service counter, the employee was on the phone with a customer, so my husband and I patiently waited at a respectable distance. After waiting for some time, she, in a very unfriendly way, asked us if we needed something. She seemed irritated that we were there and did not change her demeanor throughout our transaction. She even badmouthed other employees because they did not ring up our battery before sending us to her to get a refund for the core charge. It only took a few seconds for us to pay for it, so I do not understand what the big issue was other than her not wanting to do her job. At the end of our transaction, we thanked her and told her to have a good evening. She didn't even respond. Maybe she was having a bad day, which is understandable, but, being an adult means that sometimes you have to pull it together especially when working with customers. My husband and I have been going to this Lowes for a long time and have never had this type of experience. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.

I have tried for two days on line and over the phone to get someone to answer the phone. I need estimate for 115 feet of gutters and 6 downspouts plus installation. I call. I am hung up on. I call and ask for manager and receive air, silence. I am taking my compliant to corporate. The Sanford Lowe's location is the worst Lowe's I have ever gone to. I visited in person. Guess what no one is there not even during the hours lumber should be. They are horrible. I expect they are going to fold because how can they stay in business with so much stupidness going on there. I have a list of pea-brains they have working there, two of whom I suspect are criminals.
