This was not a minor oversight--it reflects a serious breakdown in basic workmanship. The damage was entirely preventable. Despite being made aware of the issue, the company did not return to correct their mistake or repair the damage. I was forced to file a homeowners insurance claim due to the extent of the loss and displacement from my home. Additionally, American Express issued a refund related to this service after reviewing the workmanship concerns. Now, unbelievably, they are attempting to seek repayment--despite never fixing the damage they caused. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. Document everything and proceed carefully.

He went directly to payment and I agreed on the $500 payment since he had to go to my roof. He wanted $9 per ft x 25 for roof, $12 per ft x 25 for cleaning. Gave me a discount with Zelle or Apple Pay. Comes with a complete video. He goes up, comes down and demanded I pay him before he started. I said complete the job and I will pay you. He thought I was not going to pay him. I said fine and he left. He walked away from $500, I don't think he could do it so he left.

I immediately remembered using A+ years ago and being so impressed with their knowledge and honesty. My husband called & left a message (it was a Sunday afternoon).
