Just about a year ago I took a chance on calling ER Air Conditioning service and was wholly pleased with the service, attitude, willingness to educate and fair pricing. Once again, on a Saturday afternoon I noticed my air handler was not turning on so I called Robert and sure enough he came out, diagnosed the problem, which happened to be the blower went out probably due to power surges (which are common). Not only did Robert diagnose the issue but explain exactly how the issue may have occurred and explain a solution which was a time delay, to prevent further problems when the next power surge occurs. If your out there and are worried about quality service with all the A/C companies out there, this is why I've taken the time to detail this review, to let customers that take the time to research know there is a quality provider out there. What can I say but simply amazing! I realized my system was old and time to be replaced, mainly due to a compressor failure. I received a few quotes, but decided to go with this company. I had dealt with them a couple years ago and was quite impressed back then. I received my quote on the same day I requested it They showed up within a couple days after I signed the quote and installed the new system. It was a work of art! Robert is a beast ! He jumped right in and completed the install in a timely manner. Edson equally impressive. They took care of some details that were not even mentioned on the quote at no extra cost. I mean, are you kidding me !?? Also their pricing was reasonable. This is a company that obviously cares about their customers . Bottom line is: I don't see how it could get any better than this. Edison and Robert responded immediately to my phone message request for service and arrived ahead of their scheduled time to do an annual service on my AC unit. They were professional, neat, explained everything they were doing and even found a couple of things ( a dehumidistat) that had never been reconnected when the previous owner replaced the thermostat. While they were using my outside hose the nozzle broke which I would have never known until long after they departed. Rather than say nothing and leave Robert told me he had broken it and offered to replace it. A tribute to their honesty. Honest Company with GREAT service!! Since moving to Palm Beach Gardens about 8 years ago I have been through countless AC companies and have many horror stories. Just a few are: purchased a brand new AC unit then 2 days later the entire unit had to be replaced, had a waterfall flowing from my vent, cigarettes butts in my attic. We are new to WPB and needed to get our A/C serviced the day after Christmas. I looked at the reviews on Google and was impressed so I called and Robert answered the call. Long story short: wanted a new thermostat, decided to do it myself, ran into too many snags to complete the job, called ER Air. Without a doubt the BEST call I've ever made! We have an old AC system, one from 2005. Robert came out to our house for a maintenance visit. The last 4 AC technicians told us that our system was too old and all they could offer was setting up a new AC system or a $1,000 deep clean. Robert thoroughly explained to me what was going on with my unit and gave me many options. I followed through with his recommendation which only cost $75. He cleaned as much of the hairs out and washed the coils. He drained and sanitized. He did not try to sell me a new AC unit just to get out of doing the laborious work required of my old AC system. I called for them to repair my fan in my AC unit I was told a time that they would come between 1pm.to3pm. they were here around 1:45 and got to work on the AC unit Robert had it fixed in about 20 min .He could have told me the fan motor was no good but he was honest and told me it was a condenser at a much lower price to fix he had it running and checked the rest of the unit to make sure it was working like it should . I would recommend them to anyone . I seldom write reviews, but these guys deserve my extra effort, and for the benefit of others who might be as freaked out as I was when my air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling. First, I read tons of online reviews, and then called ER Air Conditioning. I was told it would be the late afternoon he could be here, and later, turns out he had a cancellation and came straight to me. Extremely professional and extremely polite and respectful. My air-conditioning went out unexpectedly last week and I had no idea what I was doing. I had five different vendors come to my home and ER was the first one that I felt I could truly trust. Wow what a team my AC was dying and needed to be replaced. I did my home work got estimates from 3 other places. Robert came did his estimate and gave my old ac a little juice to hold me over and keep me cool till the replacement could be installed. Called for a "check up". I thought I might need a new system. I think it was Robert who came out. On time and friendly. Being interested in HVAC, he didn't mind that I watched. He cleaned the outside condenser, checked the charge and also managed to free a stuck TXV valve at the air handler to raise the superheat. He indicated that my unit has some life left in it instead of trying to sell me a new system... All this for a minimum charge. I was quite impressed. Good Job! read more

My AC fan module failed and the fan would run continuously. I called ER AC and they responded within 2 hours of my call and he'd me back up and running properly an hour later.
