I spent $1400 with them simply for oil change and fixing my AC so I can safely and comfortably drive it back to Dallas Texas. They told me it is ready for pick and everything is working properly, I went tp pick it up and and what I saw was a beginning of a nightmare. The glove was disconnected completely and was thrown in the cabin and next to it there was a can of some spray that they for got there. Furthermore, the AC worked for the first 10 minutes of driving and stopped, I ended up driving to Dallas without AC because the punk ass dude in the cashier told me over the phone that he want few more hundreds to replace another part in the AC. 1400 is not enough for this greedy. Needed my vehicle by Monday and was told I'd get a phone call or email by Saturday and didnt hear anything. I called Monday morning after returning from my trip and found out my truck was not even looked at. 2 hours later they called back and told me I could pick it up. Got charged $415 for them to clear the check engine light, 5 minutes after leaving CLARK truck repair the light returned. $2500 estimate for brakes and cam sensor replacement. I addressed this with the two drivers who were very nonchalant. The truck was on the same side of my yard which recently had $2,000 worth of plumbing repair less than 2 months ago. I spoke with one on the men regarding the damage. He acknowledged and claimed ownership of the damages; however he did not provide me with his name nor any contact information. The truck became stuck in my yard during the pick up. After, the truck was able to gain traction, the drivers fled the scene. A police report has been filed for documentation purposes. I trust that this matter will be handled professionally and in a timely manner. I am following up with you regarding damages to my property. It took a few calls to get someone to pick up. I explained that I had a Yelp offer and that I needed roadside assistance. He asked where the car was located so I told him it was in Decatur. He then asked where I wanted it towed. I answered, "Decatur." He then replied, "We don't have any trucks." So I said, "Why did you ask me where the car was located if you knew you didn't have any trucks?" He said, "My driver lives in McDonough. He is not going to want to tow your car and then have to drive that far to go home." What in the blood clot? So basically, they are only towing cars in the drivers neighborhood.
