Fernando Royal called me 20 minutes after my request and told me step by step of his ETA. when he pulled up to my home, I told him my bedtime story and he immediately apologized and stated my call just got dispatched this morning to Finish line. it took him 10-15 minutes to hook my truck up and because the mechanic and special instructions on where to place the car once he delivered it, Mr. Royal assured me he would not only follow those instructions he will send me a picture showing that my car was safely delivered. Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Lack of Professionalism and Failure to Follow Instructions…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this towing company. I arranged this tow through my insurance company, and unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. My tow was completed first thing in the morning. Before I left my vehicle, I personally spoke with the driver and specifically explained that the keys needed to be handed directly to a service advisor at the dealership. The driver assured me that he understood and would do exactly that. However, later that afternoon, I checked the dealership's vehicle service app and noticed there had been no movement on my vehicle. It was around 4:00 PM--approximately an hour after my vehicle's scheduled appointment time--and there was still no indication that the dealership had received or checked in my vehicle. I immediately contacted the service advisor. He informed me that he had no record of my vehicle being on the dealership lot. He told me he would investigate and call me back. Approximately an hour later, the advisor called me back and explained that he had asked around to see if anyone had received my keys. He then had to search the dealership's 13-acre property to locate my vehicle. He eventually found it--but there were no keys with the vehicle. It was later determined that the keys had been placed in the dealership's night-drop box, with no information on the keys with the location of and who the car belonged to despite my explicit instructions to the driver that the keys were to be given directly to a service advisor. This resulted in unnecessary delays, confusion, and frustration. Had I not checked the service app and contacted the dealership myself, I have no idea how long it would have taken for anyone to realize where my vehicle was or locate the keys. Since this was done on a Saturday, I had to extend my rental an additional two days due to the lack of professionalism the tow driver had. I also spoke directly with the owner about the situation. I was told that his wife would contact me regarding the matter. It has now been two weeks since the tow, and I am still waiting for that call. There has been no follow-up and no resolution. To make matters worse, although my tow was first thing in the morning, the driver's appearance and overall presentation gave the impression that he had already been working for an extended period. It did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone entrusted with transporting a customer's vehicle. I understand that mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the combination of not following clear instructions, failing to properly communicate the vehicle's delivery, creating unnecessary delays, and then failing to follow up after the owner was made aware of the problem. Because this service was arranged through my insurance company, I will be contacting them to report this experience and strongly recommend that they reconsider using this towing company for their customers. When someone is trusted with your vehicle, you should be able to expect professionalism, proper procedures, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service.

I was upset because the tire company is less than 10 miles from my residence and the tow truck driver took a route that was 20 miles pass the tire company and with each turn the time kept going up. He was traveling a long distance adding an additional 20 miles. He blamed it on traffic but my GPS was getting us there in less than 10 minutes. He became irritated when I confronted him about the mileage and asked him to find a shorter route. Will never use this service again. He also scratched up my front bumper when pulling the car off of the truck. Not happy. All of this on my Birthday celebration day.
