Fernando Royal called me 20 minutes after my request and told me step by step of his ETA. when he pulled up to my home, I told him my bedtime story and he immediately apologized and stated my call just got dispatched this morning to Finish line. it took him 10-15 minutes to hook my truck up and because the mechanic and special instructions on where to place the car once he delivered it, Mr. Royal assured me he would not only follow those instructions he will send me a picture showing that my car was safely delivered.
