A car key duplicate you would think would be about $10 or $15 dollars normally for a duplicate and even less if you go to Lowe's and do it yourself by one of the new self service key duplicating machines. This guy wanted $45 ? Said because it was laser cut ?? Well, all the key machine are laser cut machines today ? This perhaps should cost at the very most about $15 or $20 tops for parts and service. I personally think this kind of "screw people out of money when can get away with it", is not worthy of doing business with them. As far as I knew the company only had 1 type blank. I've been using their locks for years. I told him I didn't understand what his question meant. Instead of telling me they had 2 types of blanks, his response was "what does your question mean?" (with attitude). After all that, he tells me they don't carry that company's blanks. It was very hard for me to not abruptly hang up on him due to his sarcastic manner. Very poor customer service@
