The guys over at Superior Water Conditioning were a real pleasure to work with and way cheaper than the national guys.

Hired Superior to fix my water softener. They sent out a guy who ended up taking 45+ min "fixing" it. Around the 45 min mark, I went downstairs to make sure everything was okay, and saw that the guy was running the laundry sink for no reason and was standing next to it, using social media on his phone; mind you Superior charges $24 EVERY 15 MIN OF SERVICE. I don't know what Twitter and running the laundry sink had to do with fixing the water softener, but I was not happy!! Clearly this guy was running the water so it would sound like he was working, from upstairs, when he had already finished the job and was just wasting time to get more money out of me. The even more frustrating part was that when I contacted the company to complain about getting overcharged, they just told me that they "trust their employees to be honest" and did nothing to help my case. All I know is, if you're hiring this company to come do a job for you, set up a camera so that they don't rip you off! I personally, will never use this company again, nor will I recommend it to anybody. read more
