I checked for service issues on the MyFrontier app but there was nothing. The next day I had the same issues, chatted with multiple agents and was told my speed was not good enough for streaming or gaming and they highly suggest upgrading to the next plan. Not sure how my current plan worked for nearly 4 months if it all of a sudden can't handle my usage. I STRONGLY believe they have throttled my internet connection in order for me to upgrade to the more expensive plan. My neighbor had the same issues at the same time and was also told to upgrade, but she was already at the higher service plan than me. Absolutely disgusted by the bait and switch of service and illegal throttling of internet speeds in order to squeeze more money out of current customers. I am fairly knowledgeable on internet and understand bandwidth well enough to know better. My neighbor and I have agreed to go back to their biggest competitor even though they are more expensive.

started out with great service. however after requesting…read moremaintenance after another ISP crew servicing our neighbor disconnected/damaged our equipment it took a full 24 hours for anyone to be available to assist. The initial phone call just to find that out took over an hour. What if I had to get to work during the next service windows? I would have needed to go 3 or 4 days before getting it fixed. The more time has gone on the worse their response to damage/loss of service has gotten.

Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there
