The second job was an unexpected pipe leak inside the wall on the stairway on New Year's day. This time I called my insurance company (USAA) to request again that they use Rockefellers for the repairs as I had such wonderful service from their subcontractors Daniel Rodriquez (Homestar painting) and Tim Gallegos (Tim's Flooring Covering) that I wanted to have the same crew again. On both Projects the Project Manager's (Christopher on the first job) and Sarvar (on the second job) assigned were great and very professional. At each phase of the job that took place they were there to supervise that the work was being completed. If I had any suggestions or questions they were immediately helpful.
