I would NEVER recommend ServPro, ever. I'm an insurance adjuster for a major carrier and had to use…read morethem. This is not a company I'd recommend to insureds for mitigation. Tyler Knight made it clear he did not like the fact that I was assertive and calling them out for not doing things they should have been. But this is my HOME. This is where my family lives. Our lives were turned upside down and the lack of care, concern and compassion from our "project manager" Tyler Knight. I had to contact Servpro on multiple occasions to ask when they were going to do stuff for demo. I shouldn't have to be directing them. We suffered a disaster and on top of received poor customer service to add to everything already going on. They did not make this process any easier and actually delayed my claim moving forward timely. They let MOLD grow in my laundry room and bathroom. I had to ask for it to be removed. The communication was shoddy. Anytime I would contact for an update I wouldn't be responded to or sometimes responded to after long periods of time. Also we had to have asbestos testing. Our house was built in 1903 and of course the vinyl has asbestos. Servpro subcontracted to Air Tech. The bid came in at $7500 which did not include the $1500 testing. They KNEW my policy covered only $5000. This is a blatant attempt at claim padding because no where on earth does an abatement of 140sq feet cost $7500. They were going to try to make $4k off us. I went with another company and only paid $300 out of pocket. It was clear Tyler did not like that because his lackeys told me that since I wasn't using their subcontractor for the asbestos abatement then they're "done here" Never again. Do not call them. Call local! Not these franchises. EDIT: Beware!! The owner of this franchise and family members are posting positive reviews on their own fb page and on google to boost their rating

Our house was only…read moreabout 10 years old, but the original builders didn't properly insulate that area and the plastic sheeting they laid down on the floor was dark, dirty, not sealed, and didn't even cover the entire dirt crawlspace floor. Two guys from CrawlPros tore out all the old insulation, old plastic 'vapor barrier,' and other construction mess, and then they re-did all the insulation and put down a new white/clean vapor barrier that covered then entire floor...they were super fast and very clean...it looks like a nice professional job down there now!
