This process created lots of dust that was later found to contain lead. we were promised a complete clean, wipe down of everything in the home. All ductwork was to be cleaned as well as HVAC coils. Numerous areas of the home were not cleaned properly and continue to test positive. The only thing done for HVAC was ducts vacuumed directly below floor vents. We were told we would be contacted when cleaning was complete to inspect before they departed. We were not. As others have state, I should have done my homework and read reviews . I did not and that's on me. BBB reviews are the same as you see here. My daughter is an attorney, so they will be hearing more from us in the near futur!

B-Dry, who had encapsulated our crawl space, and who I called about this the other day, recommended Green Home to get this checked out. I reached out to them and they came the next day. They quickly determined that we don't have a mold problem; I was relieved and so appreciated their honesty. Secondly, while they were in our crawl space, they took pics of evidence of critters getting in and nesting in there and also a couple of issues with HVAC ductwork that need attention.
