Does the licensing board not take steps to yank a company's license when they have this many bad reviews?? I mean it's off the charts. If you had this many complaints about you where I am from, your license would be revoked immediately. No questions. 1 star is too many for this outfit too. I don't even know where to begin with our fiasco working with this inept company. They are a restoration company, that's where it ends. They would do well to stay in that lane. Or better yet, close your doors, you guys suck. They have no construction knowledge, AT ALL. We too were hit with a ludicrous price for some simple work done prior to drywall. But not before we insisted that we get a quote for all of it first. Nope, never happened, and they just went ahead and did most of the work, then pulled a ridiculous number out of thin air saying that's what we owed. Sorry, you don't do work you weren't authorized to do and then think you can charge whatever you like after the fact. If I asked them for an itemized invoice for the items they did right now, they wouldn't be able to produce it. That's how bad this outfit is. And at least half the stuff was done wrong. They hire inexperienced non-English-speaking guys. And I don't care that they don't speak English, but it doesn't help. They told us they would be hiring licensed sub-contractors to come in and do all the work. That didn't happen except for maybe 3 or 4 phases. And I am quite convinced that these guys who are here most days, not all, and are on Spanglers payroll, they're not licensed contractors at all. And the contractors they do sub out, oh god. They are as bad as Spangler themselves. Clueless. And they go thru contractors like firewood. Hire the cheapest outfit they can find, then realize their work is beyond bad, then hire another, and another, and another, to fix the previous one's mistakes. They went through 3 or 4 mechanical contractors to do the heating and cooling, and it still isn't right. When the power was finally turned on, not one light fixture worked. NOT ONE! The electrician came back and cut out drywall all over the place to chase new wires, in brand new construction. Useless. This kind of shit should not be allowed. Period. The PM was never on site, although he would have you believe otherwise. He walked the place with us right before drywall and he didn't write one thing down. I had a full page of items on a legal pad. He told us he kept in all up here as he was tapping his head, in his clueless noggin. He was even dumb enough to tell us he didn't really spend any time on this project at all. No kidding. We didn't notice. They lie thru their teeth. They would have weekly zoom meetings to give updates and just blow smoke up your ass so bad, it was appalling. Like telling us the doors were all hung, and they hadn't even been delivered. The operations manager, Jason Williams and his in the field PM Rolando could not have been more on separate pages. They were never in sync with what was going on, or with each other. It's embarrassing. You would think it was their first project the way they royally failed. But looking at the reviews here, they have been getting away with this shoddy work and business approach for years now. I could go on for pages of the stuff they have done, and not done, but I'll spare you. If your insurance company recommends them, find a new insurance company, or clue them in to what Spangler is all about. Send them a link with all the bad reviews. This company has to end, I mean, end. They are all the things everyone else has said here, and then some. Steer clear of this useless company at all costs, which will ultimately be your cost if you make the mistake of hiring them!!

They got my air ducts spotless, explained everything they were doing and recommended future steps, but not in a sales pitch sort of way. I knew I had mold/mildew that recently cropped up due to a menacing squirrel problem a few months back, which resulted in a tear in one of the ducts we were unaware of. DJ and JJ were extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave me the reassurance I needed that the problem was taken care of, also confirming they didn't see any other holes in the ducts. I am a little late providing this review, and can confirm that the problem has been cleared up and has not come back. Nice to have clean air in my house again, and would definitely recommend this company if you have a similar issue.

AdvantaClean showed up promptly at the appointment time. Both men were dressed professionally and were very polite. I took notice too that they were very neat around our home taking care to protect items that might "get in the way". As a mother and a home owner - for 8 years it's been on my mind to clean the lint collector behind the dryer. FINALLY it's done - and not a minute too soon. I found in one night - that running the air conditioner on 73 is keeping the house as cool as it did at 68. The technician showed me everything that was collected from our air ducts and dryer exhaust tube. AND the super air scrubbers turned our home into hospital quality air - and in just one day I can see that the dust that used to settle on everything after a good dusting the day before is gone. WOW! Well worth the price and piece of mind we now have that our air ducts are clean of 8 years of dust and pollen. NOT to mention that our dryer is now safe again. EVERY family should consider this service as a must! We will definitely be repeat customers!

None speak English to understand my concerns. Bootleg work, nobody is checking behind these guys for qualit. they throw the crawlspace together , leaving stonea and objects under liner of 20 mil plastic which was easy to see 3 feet in. Random discarded items from crawlspace or mold removal on lawn. Had to call back several times to clean obvious areas, like crawlspace wood beams. Left lots of glue from the LVP that was on concrete to just soak it with there chemical. Should have removed all , that's what your paid to do. The workers seem like lazy. Broke items in house that I nevet said anything about so they wouldnt work halfway. Other companies just explained there way is half-ass , and done wrong, and things that where promised never happened. They when asked if my HVAC was affected by the mold, $800 dollar upcharge to cut holes all over my just paid for repaird ducts by Go Forth. Stuff was everywher after the HVAC cleaning, which did not to crap by make it worse I feel..... STILL To today, I can't go in my house . Still mold in places. Once they got your money... !!! Don't pay shi until it's done what you need . even when he text you, he needs money to pay his ?legal workers.... And then those workers refer other workers to replace the drywall and LVP to overcharge and break shit, and say they never did it!! $13,000 was spent and I still have more and I'm living in a hotel as I type this.... They worked on my house in 100+ degree weather for 3 days. I must say the end result was amazing! They left my crawlspace in pristine condition! Even I was not afraid to go down there anymore. It looked amazing then...and even now 4 years later. I am a real estate investor and liked them so much that I now use then in all of the homes I purchase. They always do an amazing job at a very fair price. Additionally, Jay and Rolando in particular are both very responsive and professional every time we speak. I highly recommend this company, and I am very picky.

Not only was it a hassle to get repairs scheduled,…read morethe timelines were incorrect, they packed up a room they weren't supposed to, they left painters tape on the wall, put things back incorrectly or not at all, had my thermostat set at 69 degrees (in August), and while they were working in my home and responsible for my property (I had to vacate the premises for 2 weeks), items were stolen from my home. According to the police, there were no signs of forced entry and the items taken were random and from several different areas of the house which were intended to not be noticed until weeks after the repair work had been completed. To top it off, there was one five minute conversation with the company about how they would cooperate with the police and while the investigation is ongoing, filed a lien on my property for nonpayment--which comes from my insurance company anyway and not us personally. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

He was/is the owner of Premier Outside that we hired for a pool spa/project and he has left us with an unfinished job that we paid $100,000 for and a never ending nightmare. He hired shotty subcontractors, one of which refuses to finish or warranty their work and Matt Stone refuses to have someone from his team or a new subcontractor to come finish the work that was apart of our contract and that we have already paid in full for. He has multiple businesses, so I'm assuming he has MANY connections and subcontractors that COULD come finish our job, but instead he is choosing not to do the right thing and to save HIS money and not care about the EXTRA money WE will be forced to spend. He clearly does not care about his customers, nor does he care if people HE has hired do crappy work. He is all about the dollar. As a business owner, OWN UP and do the work you promised to complete. We have a signed contract stating PREMIER OUTSIDE would complete all of the work to include pool, lights, concrete and TILE! BEWARE of working with this company or any company he is the owner of. If he can treat his clients this way with his pool company, he will without a doubt, do that with of his companies! I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well.
