He told me TWICE on the day he received the deposit check that they would be out to do the work Friday or they would call to let me know if anything changed. He didn't show up, didn't call, and didn't call me back. One of his excuses he gave me when he finally called back, after getting the BBB complaint, was that his guys ran long on another job and he tried to blame the 5 inches of snow on the ground. He previously told me they didn't like to do work under 40 degrees because the shingles may not cure properly. However, on the day I complained (the day he was to show up or call) it was sunny for most of the day AND above 40 degrees. The first snowfall did not happen until after night fall and I took pictures of my house at approximately 3:50 pm that day to show there was no snow anywhere in sight. Stop lying and just take responsibility for screwing up. He made his own company look like they scammed me by leaving me hanging. I would have edited my review and complaint, but after reading those lies a better review is not deserved.

There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING.
