A home inspection that came in late required us to put in handrails on two stairways. We are new to the community and could find no one. Darrell gave me a quote and came and did the work. His work was solid. He was professional and done quickly. My husband and I were so grateful! Because the work had been so good on the handrails, we talked to him about a couple of other odd jobs and our new home he installed a pantry, medicine cabinet, and was honest with us about the fact we would not be able to install a garbage disposal. In addition he did a few other odd jobs while he was here. His work is always top-notch, he is pleasant to deal with, and we have been more than satisfied. I would say that you get what you pay for. We set up a time to meet, and she questioned me about how deep a cleaning I required (Very deep, as it turned out). Danielle called the day before to confirm the appointment, and she and Darius arrived a few minutes early. They were businesslike and pleasant, asking relevant questions, and getting to work immediately. I stayed on the premises at my relative's request, and they worked steadily for 4 hours, with excellent results. Their rates were fair (I had polled several friends to get ballpark rates of the cleaners they employed), and the work, as I said, was great. The only glitch occurred when tried to pay with a credit card, and found they took only cash or check. Danielle told me they were still in the process of setting up for credit cards. That would have been helpful to know beforehand. Be sure to check payment information upfront. Having said that, I still recommend them. I live outside their service area, or I would hire them for my own house with no worries.

I hired Jesse to repair floating wetbar shelves that had started tilting forward. Turned out they'd…read morenever been anchored to studs, which was a real concern since they're solid wood shelves meant to hold real weight. Jesse walked me through the scope of work upfront and we moved forward. The job wasn't simple -- the wall behind the shelves had herringbone tile. Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. The roofing team showed up at 7:00AM working until 9:00 PM finishing the job in basically one day. They were fast, efficient, and actually quiet for the work they were doing. VERY professional. They did a beautiful job. Cleaned up and did no damage to shrubs or the yard. The next day the brothers returned (in the rain) and in less than two hours they reinstalled the siding and the gutters system. Everything was explained to me as to what they were doing and why they did it. No fluff or padding the job for more money. They only did what was necessary or what I requested. Matt was the POC for the job from start to finish. Very helpful and professional. Came for the final inspection and even went as far as to wash spots on the chimney flashing.
