I was moving and needed to get the carpets cleaned, so I bought the deal and called. They were very nice, especially when I said "yes, I'd love to have it done on the 31st, like everyone else!". I added a flight of stairs for $49 as well. Received a call the day before (yesterday) giving me a two-hour window, and today, the nice guy (whose name I don't remember, sorry) called to ask if he could come a bit early? EARLY? Um, sure. Quickly got everything into a couple of rooms without carpet, gave the dog some toys, and the three rooms AND the stairs were cleaned in no time. Really, I couldn't believe it when he said he was finished, and the carpets looked GREAT. My goal is to not have carpet in the future, but if I do, I would definitely call these guys again, Groupon or not. Tips for good Yelpers: vacuum first (they are there to clean the carpets, not vacuum them for you), give your nice cleaner some water on the way out and a tip. And a "thank you". And call Beckwith!!
