Quick to respond, affordable pricing, and did a thorough job getting rid of mold and years of dust in our A/C unit. Thanks!

NO STARS! Totally OFF from what they advertise. They charge $70 non refundable fee for making an…read moreappointment. It a trap. Mr. Juan Ortiz arrived on time with NO booties - seriously?? He saw we have carpet all across and a baby in the house but he didn't care one bit while making several trips between his truck and our entire house. This is seriously the biggest put off. Heck with the VERBAL respect and courtesy. How do I know where you have been before my house and no matter how much you rub those shoes on my doormat (contaminating the same too) - it is not going to be as good as having booties. He opened up all the registers with all the dirt and dust falling on the carpet and then placed the dirty registers on the carpet. Suggestion - put a piece of paper (just like they do in the auto shop before entering your car) before you drill or open anything which you know is going to contain dirt. Dumb.! I asked him to show me the filter (inside the big blue sucking machine) before starting to clean so that in the end I can see how much dust was captured. He said he WILL once he has done his setup but then conveniently forgot it. They advertise this on their WEBSITE AND YELP with pictures. This was the most important thing for me to understand what I am spending my money on. He missed vacuuming an entire register and then went and placed his vacuum outside. Why - you don't need it anymore? I can understand you missed the register due to human error but are you not going to vacuum the dirt you spilled outside 10 registers? I think he was planning to conveniently miss it but then I pointed it out. Did not vacuum/brush/clean/wipe any registers - just the duct opening inside them. Missed vacuuming the area outside one register. I saw these after he had left. Cut the paint line VERY ROUGHLY around two registers resulting in decent gaps in the wall edges which are now showing after putting back the registers. They advertise on their WEBSITE AND YELP pictures that they are mindful of. His drill slipped multiple times marking spots/dinges on several registers. DID NOT SEAL shut any registers. They advertise this on their WEBSITE AND YELP. When I asked- he said it is not required. Really?? How can you have enough negative pressure without sealing 10 (ten) registers, no matter how small the total duct length is??? He just blew the dust IN from all the registers, then through the main duct towards the hole he had made just above the Evaporator Coil. This way all the dust is simply going to fall on the evaporator coil** which will simply be blown back into the house when you switch on the system. **Proof - the dust fell down from the register right next to the Evap coil proving that the system did not have enough negative pressure to suck it into the big blue machine. This is from their service description email - "Agitating and vacuuming of entire duct system.". This did not happen. He simply inserted the cleaning pole into the register and at the first block pulled it back. I can simply see not even the entire length of one complete cleaning pole go inside the register (which is at the bottom of the wall). The ones on the ceiling could be tough to maneuver. Obviously there is so much length of the duct system which was not even touched. This is from their service description email -"Complimentary sanitization per request available. Sanitization is done using ENVIROCON". It would take someone five times as long to empty a can of $1 compressed air than it took him to spray the sanitizer into the hole he had made. A complete joke. This is from their service description email AND FROM WEBSITE AND YELP PICTURES - "Complimentary video inspection to show results before and after cleaning.". All he showed me was one picture taken from his phone - before and after. He had no snake cameras or any other sort of equipment. Overall, he was simply playing a prank on me rather than cleaning. I was surely cheated and am completely unsatisfied for the $299 I paid.

Bought an old house and wanted the ducts cleaned before moving in. What a great decision it was!…read more The technician was very professional, arrived exactly on time, and went straight to work. He asked where the supply and return vents were, where the HVAC unit was located, and then explained very clearly what he was going to do (drill a few 1" holes in the vent for the air whip and use the vacuum for the dust). Process took 2.5 hours and I was AMAZED with the amount of dust and grimy crap that came out of the ducts. I hate when reviewers say things like this but I think it adds value... I'm an engineer for my job and was watching the technician work very closely, he did an outstanding job would invite him back in my home again. Highly recommended.
