I called JCD to tell them and said that as they had just been there I shouldn't have to pay for the residential call again. They refused and said that it was probably a 'different' problem than the one they had repaired. I was not willing to spend another $400. on a company that would not guarantee their repairs, especially after only a week. I think this company overcharges and is dishonest. Stay away from them at all costs.

The estimate given by Juan was significantly lower than any other companies, and he had 2 guys here by 8:30 am on Wednesday morning, by 8pm Thursday night the old boiler and all of the plumbing and wiring was gone, and a brand new, state of the art boiler was in place, AND we had heat in all 4 zones with unlimited hot water as well.
