We could have remodeled the whole kitchen for that price. They were rude on the phone, to the point of claiming that their executives have no extensions or direct lines when I wanted to complain. You can't find their people on LinkedIn or ZoomInfo - they know they are fleecing insurance companies. For the record, you're in one mental state when an emergency occurs. You'll use Google to find that solution, thinking you're in good hands for the finish work. The remediation was indeed done quickly, but the repair is a completely different animal. $20k bid for drywall & paint. No. Do not go with BCC because you think they are the only "finisher" for the project. Not the same company, even though they are probably owned by the same group. We chose a different company for the finish work, and they were able to complete the job before BCC could even get a budget approved by the insurance company. That's all you need to know about how these guys work.

They encouraged me to fight my insurance company, which drug on for over three months. I did this under the impression I needed a whole new roof. I had to do the legwork of the communication with my insurance (granted they were being difficult too), while what Blaze said at my initial meeting was they would "go to war" for me. I got another, independent quote from a reputable roofer, which ended up being half the cost of Blaze. The most damage done was by a tarp being on for three months, with additional damage done during the removal. When I reported my concerns to Blaze, they sent me a long, clearly AI generated email saying they would no longer work with me, which was just as well. I didn't hear back from the owner, though he took the time to respond to my negative review. Nice people, but get a second quote/opinion for sure
