Shipping at most places here is frustrating and time consuming. But this FedEx center has been like a breath of fresh air. I actually am relieved when I need to ship via FedEx, because my experiences here have consistently been positive in every aspect. This space is large, aesthetically pleasant and spotlessly clean, with ample room for waiting lines, although the staff are all so quick and efficient, I have never had a long wait (other carriers' locations in the area resemble an unkempt storage closet and customers endure long wait times on the sidewalk outside, exposed to the elements). On top of that, the staff here have always been 100% professional, knowledgeable and super pleasant to engage with, whether in person, or if I call with a question. These employees deserve a major commendation for excellence. I have relied on this business for many important, time sensitive shipments and they have always provided impeccable service. I am so happy we have this FedEx store a short walk from home.

Instead of getting my letters, I was told the business was closed due to a fire in the building. While accidents happen, their complete lack of accountability, organization, and basic customer service since then has been completely unacceptable. ​Here is what you can expect if you trust these people with your mail: ​Zero Access & Disorganization: They claimed all the mail was trapped inside but "hadn't been sorted yet." It has now been a month and a half (6+ weeks), and they still haven't figured it out. ​Clueless, Unhelpful Staff: Every time I go down there to get an update, there is an older gentleman who gives me the exact same dismissive lines: "We don't know when we will open" and "We don't know if we have received any mail for you." They show zero urgency. ​Lost & Returned Mail: Because of their incompetence, several of my time-sensitive, crucial documents are now completely missing or have been bounced back to the senders. ​Stole My Money: To top it all off, they refuse to take responsibility, they offer no solutions, and they refused to refund the money I paid for the mailbox rental. ​They took my money, locked away my private correspondence, and essentially went radio silent. They are holding my mail hostage and keeping my fee for a service they are actively failing to provide. ​Bottom line: If you value your time, your money, and your important documents, do not ever use this service. I was sooooo disappointed being that I stayed home waitng for nothing. I said, ok I'll give them another chance. We rescheduled the pick up date and time to today Friday, August 8, 2025. This time Aiza called me and confirmed again that the box will be picked up between 3 to 4 pm. I waited and even canceled my appointment this time and AGAIN, no pick up happened and the driver or person whose supposed to pick up the box, did not call or text to let me know that he's coming or not.
