Here they treated my son who had poison oak all over his body. They didn't hesitate to provide him relief and care. His body is now healing well from the poison oak. Urgent care was not willing to treat someone who really needed it, Plus they wanted to charge us 200$. After talking to staff we were able to get out $ back. So dissatisfied with them. Thank you Zoom Care we appreciate you! You actually care about the people you are serving!!

Thankfully, ZoomCare allows you schedule an appointment at a moment's notice, so I was able to get in to be seen, get my paperwork filled out and in order, at the eleventh hour! Big thanks to Dr. James Stupfel, PA-C, who was friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, assuring, and personable. If I didn't have a PCP, I would absolutely visit him for everything, based on his calm, professional demeanor. Very recommended for anyone who unsure of using a fly-by-night, last minute healthcare provider. People like him give credit to ZoomCare, and the healthcare industry in general, at a time when people have begun to (rightfully) question our broken, predatory system. I would recommend him to others, in a (calm, steady, measured) heartbeat!

Dr. Jackson has been a great strength to me. Besides his expert care, one of the greatest things is when I am always asked if the i would like prayer for me and my family.

I came here today after finding Dr. Rick Jackson on the Blue Cross Blue Shield provider website…read more When I made my way into the exam room, a nurse practitioner entered and informed me that she will be conducting my wellness exam instead of the doctor. She mentioned that if I wanted to see the Dr. Rick I would have to join their "VIP" program. I was dumbfounded! She proceeded to explain the purpose of the "VIP" program was to keep Dr. Rick's patient pool small so he can provide better care and attention to each patient. I informed the front desk after my appointment that I will not be returning. See attached pictures from their website that states the membership fee of $150/month or $1800/year to see this doctor. If this was mentioned during the appointment booking or even when I was filling out my new patient paperwork I would've never let them charge my credit card for this visit. Now I've used up my one annual exam with my insurance and I need to wait until next year before I can attempt to establish care with a primary care physician.

Health Care in the United States of America has to be one of the things that is most mired in the…read morebureaucratic minutia caught in a triangle in the wasteland between law, politics and the Hippocratic Oath. As such attending most anywhere to see a Doctor has all the appeal of an extended stay with the TSA at the airport. Medicine is more a business than a calling in a lot of places; some front desk people care more about your insurance and co-pay than relaying what is wrong with you to your chart. Most Doctor's seem like they pay more attention to the outlines of their malpractice insurance than in finding a cure for what ails you. Then there are some places that can find that balance between efficient office procedure and patient care. They provide a space for people that is comfortable, sure the same magazines as most places, I think Publishers Clearance must offer a one size fits all subscription package to medical offices. The good ones, they have Wi-Fi available for free, a place for laptops in the waiting room instead of in your lap and a water fountain. Here at Family Wellness we have such a balance. It's a big building, they push a lot of people through here daily, it just doesn't look like it or feel like it. That my friends is the perfect Doctor's office. The nurses listen to you, they don't look like they are thinking two patients ahead of you. The Doctor that I see there, Dr. Young, is confident and takes some time with you. They even run some tests right there in the office, tests I've waited 10 days for in other places. You sick? Go here. You well? Go here to stay that way. They are right next to a 24 Hour Fitness Center, you can find out you're fat and do something about it within 250 feet of the front door. Then again if you shred something working out then help isn't far away. Win/Win.

I haven't had any good experience here…read more When I made my appointment I asked to discuss three separate things. The nurse practitioner rushed through the exam and left me before making sure all my needs were met. During our conversation, I didn't feel like she was listening to what I was saying, just going though her list. Then when her nurse assistant told her and she came back, there's was no time to address the need. When I called to schedule another appointment about a year later, the receptionist was rude when I requested a new physician. All in all, very unhelpful. Bad support staff, not enough time between patients, thin walls (I could hear the conversation in the next room clearly)

The front gal Anita was the rudest thing that ever walked and talked. I made a complaint with rick management and not one person has called back to help with the problem. I was in that office for 1 1/2 hour and there was 2 appointment that were no show, but they would never think about filling those slots. I took time off from work unpaid to get there and get turned away and treated like a second-class citizen. Not one of the managers has the ability to reach out. Please if you value you time and money NEVER USED PEACEHEALTH MEDICINE ON 33RD AND MAIN STREET. They are capable to make appts properly! They will treat you terrible even if you have private insurance.

My Fiancé was taken by ambulance to Peace Health on 87th Ave on Wednesday evening around midnight…read more I called 911 due to me waking up from her calling my name as she was on the floor in the kitchen, bleeding from her mouth. I asked her what happened and she didn't know and thought she might have fainted. I helped her up and right away, she said her head was killing her (she obviously hit her head on the ground and also bit a hole in her lip), she fainted again (body going completely limp). I helped her up one more time and walked her to the bed and she fainted for a third time and was barely conscience at this point. I called 911 immediately and was able to help her come back to consciousness. Ambulance took her to Peace Health where she was told she was extremely dehydrated but wasn't allowed to have food/water (which is understandable for testing and things). She was left in the hallway without her nurse checking on her every hour. She had to use the restroom and grabbed a nurse walking by since she's not allowed to get out of her bed without someone there due to her being a fall risk. The nurse asked if she wanted her to go in the bathroom with her and my fiancé said no. When my fiancé was done and opened the bathroom door, the nurse was gone, and she had to walk back to her bed in the hallway by herself. Her head was in so much pain due to hitting her head on the ground and they didn't get her any medication until 9:30am the next morning which was only Tylenol. They also didn't do any testing besides bloodwork until around that time as well. We thought they were doing an MRI and only did a CAT scan. Upon completing the scan, the nurse said the Dr will be in her room in a bit to go over results. Shortly later, the nurse came in and said they were discharging her. After receiving her discharge paperwork, she asked for wheelchair out since she was feeling dizzy. They responded with "just hug the wall". When I picked her up, she was in a lot of pain (headache). She ended up calling her primary Dr who is completely appalled that she was released from the ER in such a short amount of time. Her Dr also said that a neurologist should have seen her at the hospital which didn't happen. We will never go to Peace Health again.
