I got the company president, the insurance company, and myself on a conference call to discuss the situation. The company president was rude, impatient, and unwilling to work with the insurance company. He was not even willing to discuss the situation due to his anger with them. It was so bad, I could not even get a word in to help defuse the situation and discuss the issue. He then told me I needed to find someone else to get my work done. I was dumbfounded by his actions as the company president. Frankly, I would not recommend this company. The staff is young and immature and I do not think they can be trusted. I'd recommend you work with someone else.

The following day, the hot water tank leaked and flooded the basement a second time. I called Tom to explain what was going on and he immediately came over and got all the standing water out of the basement. It's been years and I still think about how mad I am that I lost so many important memories.
