The finished product installed on the cinder block wall of the shower actually looks rather nice, considering this fixture is generally placed behind a wall, out of sight with only the shower head showing. We contacted the company multiple times and provided photos. While they state they performed follow-up work and that the system is functional, we were not provided a resolution that addresses the exposed piping or returns it to its original buried condition. There is a disagreement regarding responsibility for final grading and restoration. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them to others.
