The women we spoke to over the phone gave us instructions with how to close our pool (new home owners) and emailed us that same day with instructions. She called us back a day or two to schedule our closing. The team that came out verified we had the supplies needed and what they may need to bring. We didn't have to be present for the closing , but they did notify us they were here (we have dogs) and they were present. Overall the closing was quick and the tarp is holding steady. I want to give a shout out to two people in particular. The first is Jakub, who was the technician who serviced my pool for probably a little bit more than half of this past season. He was always pleasant, informative, and helpful and treated me and my property with respect at all times. I also want to give a shout-out to Ruben with whom I needed to call to have something for the pool closing changed. It did take a couple of days to reach one another however he was very pleasant and helpful and he took care of it and sent out Jakub to take care of the situation. So both Ruben and Jakub five stars. We have been using Aqua Pool & Spa since we installed our in-ground pool ~10 years ago and we couldn't be more pleased until yesterday when Aqua Pool opened our pool and it was super dirty. Nonetheless, when Dan and Joey were finished, the pool looked amazing! We later realized the pool wasn't filling-up so I sent 1 email to Mike in the evening and the first thing the next morning Ruben shows up and fixes the leak that developed over the winter. Needless to say, I didn't think I could more pleased over the years but based on my recent experience I am even more pleased. Rather than calling to reschedule, Ruben, Nico, and Scott arrived at the time we were told and worked through a misty morning to close everything. We purchased a home a year and a half ago that already had an inground pool and spa installed. It was not maintained well prior to our purchase, and we were referred to another pool company for our needs. After using the other company to open our pool we started losing about an inch of water a day and things started breaking down. We had numerous companies come out to inspect our system. My husband and I were referred to this place when we were looking for a therapeutic hot tub this past January. We looked at several different models and final picked the 481 model. Once we secured our own financing, that's when the trouble started. They wanted to only work in their schedule, and deliver when it was convenient for them. From the electrician to the install it was a nightmare! No one listened to where we wanted the tub to sit and then they delivered the wrong tub. When my husband told them it was the wrong tub the delivery guys got pissed and said to call the office. So we did and later that day they returned with the correct tub and complained the entire time! We were left to fill the tub and figure out how to use it but weren't given the instructions, oh wait, and when we called again, we were told someone would be out later that day to show us how to use and operate the spa. Two days later and at 6:30 PM someone finally came out. Your probably saying to yourself, that's not bad. Well about a month into using the tub it starts malfunctioning and heating up and cooling on its own and when we call we are basically told we don't know how to use it. Didn't realize it took a rocket scientist to figure it out, But ok! Three days later, we get a call and we are told someone would be out in later that afternoon, well no one showed up. So my husband calls the next day and he was told they were back logged with service orders and they be out the next day. Low and behold it's a miracle they showed up and changed out the entire control panel of a brand new tub? And once the service guy was done installing it, he told us they had to take this panel from another one they had and it wasn't our model, but it SHOULD work. Well guess what, it didn't and started shorting out the tub. Again when we call we are told that the control panel they installed was fine for our tub and that couldn't be the problem and told us to turn the breaker box off for about 5 minutes and then turn it back on because the panel just needs to be reset. So we did that and the tub worked for about 2 months and then it started heating up by itself again. Repeat and rinse! Now we are down to not being able to use our tub now for over a month because we are now experiencing an issue with the heating element and this is because the manufacturer was making the tubs so quickly during the pandemic that now their having to fix quite a few tubs. Okayyyyyy! And now we have spent all day waiting for the service guys to fix the tub, the day before Thanksgiving, only to come to the conclusion they have wasted my entire day because they lied to us again! Bottom line ladies and gentlemen, if you have $12,000.00 you just want to throw away, definitely go here! What happened to the customer service and the appreciation for someone else's time? read more

These guys are great. I made the mistake of buying an above ground from a large "dealer" and got zero help from them. All the dealer wanted to do was sell me more services. Aqua Pools only does pools and spas so they know their business. They always have plenty of staff and everyone knows what's going on. Great free advice and the products you need in stock. I have used Aqua Pool twice in the past year and have experienced great service on both occasions. First, one of the motors in my jacuzzi failed and needed to be replaced. After calling a recommendation from a competitor to Aqua, (which was a total dud), my neighbor suggested I call Aqua. They came out, replaced the motor, gave me tips to run the unit more efficiently and called after it was installed to make sure I was satisfied. Second, I needed my hot tub moved on my deck and called Aqua Pool. They did the job, which included rotating the unit. They did a great job. Highly recommend them! read more

Aqua Pool & Spa built our in ground pool starting in Oct 2020 and finished it up the next spring ready for the pool season. Having never owned or operated a pool I informed them they would be my new best friends. Through two pool seasons (they are coming to close it today) they have been right there with us for all our needs and concerns. Advice, water testing, chemicals, etc. The staff has always been personable and responsive. They have had to come and tweak a thing or two in the last two seasons and the guys who come to do the service call are outstanding and more than willing to talk an issue or concern and educate.
