At the time, I had no idea how invaluable that tip would be to me times three! Dec. 2010, my light colored carpet (~15 yrs old) was very stained (pets, food, beverage, and normal wear and tear). From the start, my husband and I were impressed with Jeff's credentials, customer service, and pricing. Overall we found him superior to other cleaning companies we had used in the past. Our carpet looks amazing - it was more of a restoration than just a cleaning. He also did an excellent job on cleaning my couch and several chairs. Feb. 2011, my dog found and ate almost a whole bag of M&Ms. Thankfully the dog is okay but my carpet was not! The dog threw up multiple times on my newly cleaned carpet and on an expensive wool rug. The stains consisted of not only chocolate but also the dyes (red was prominent) used in the candy. Jeff once again met the challenge. His expertise and additional research produced amazing results again. Two weeks later, my dog was sprayed by a skunk and came back into the house through a pet door. The skunk odor permeated throughout my house. For the third time, I called on Jeff for expert advice. He quickly gave me several tips on minimizing the stench as much as possible.
