Do not waste your time. I was distraught to find some pretty spread out mold in my attic, after just buying the house 3 years ago and already putting some decent money into it. I was recommended ServPro by another company who didn't do attics, I explained what was going on. I indicated that I wanted to have someone come out and do an inspection and talk to me about how serious it is. I indicated that I was planning on replacing the roof within the next 10months, and was hoping to get input on what needed to get remediated, and when, and if the mold was in the trusses enough, i those needed to get replaced, did they have the number of an engineer I could talk with. They said, "Yes of course of course, we'll send someone out tomorrow morning. But just so you know, our initial visit is $250". I'm thinking that's okay, I'm going to get an expert out here and get some good feedback and guidance and figure out what to do. NO. They send some kid who doesn't say two words, gets up in the attic, takes a few pictures.. DOESNT even take a specific picture of where the mold is bad the trusses that I pointed out.... and is gone in 10 minutes. Absolutely horrible. I hired ServPro to clean my house following a kitchen fire. I also hired them to serve as general contractor to remodel the kitchen, bathroom and living room. Ron of ServPro headed up the reconstruction crew. He was on site almost every day. Ron is a great worker and a great communicator. He is very skilled in various aspects of home reconstruction. Furthermore Their fleet is in complete Disrepair, All their vehicles are falling apart, damaged un functional, non clean. Melissa of Servpro of Bend was an absolute life saver. 4pm kitchen fire on July 3rd, 5 fire trucks, spraying down the building. Most people are planning their holiday. Melissa got a crew in that night to stop the damage from worsening. The mitigation and repair became a months long process. I was extremely lucky to have had Melissa to run point. From securing subcontractors, to organizing the 4 room project, to working with insurance, it was a massive endeavor. The Servpro team gave us flawless Customer Service from start to finish when we had water coming through our garage ceiling from an upstairs shower. Starting with the after hours weekend call from Rachel, we felt they understood our needs. We didn't need an Emergency weekend visit, so VERY first thing Monday morning Servpro contacted us to come take a look. David was our on-site Tech. He was extremely knowledgable, and very patient to work with us to find the source of our water leak. He explained everything along the way. Our experience with Servpro has been outstanding! We called on a Saturday night and were able to talk with someone other than just an answering service. Then they called on Sunday to make arrangements to come out, as agreed. I've spoken with Alex and Charlene and I honestly can't say enough about how much I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. Plus they know what they are talking about and made me feel that they were 100% competent and I could rest easy. We're right in the beginning of this process and I know everything will go smoothly until complete. In summary, Servpro of Bend is above-and-beyond excellent to work with! I felt the manager Alex was clear, professional, paid attention to my requests and runs a very smooth team. kitchen fire required damage mitigation company. Our insurance company told us to chose. Had four companies come and give bids. Alex with Servpro came and gave a bid and promised to attend to the damage diligently and timely. He said he had an on-site supervisor to make sure the job stayed on track. The onsite supervisor was a Housecleaner with apparently little to no skills. After we signed the contract they either showed up late or not at all. on site camera showed 2 people when it was supposed to be a crew of 4-5 showing up no earlier than 10am usually after noon and leaving by 3 pm. They removed a sink and left a valve leaking for two days and tried to claim previous damages, left an open wire that arched found by our oversight, left a hole in the roof during a rain storm, stepped on beds to clean leaving footprints of soot, broke the bathroom fan but worst of all when they reported the job was done it was still filthy. The left burnEd cabinets on the hardwood for over a month on plastic with soot on the floor. insulation inside the refrigerator. Surfaces dirty. Weeks of doing little to nothing. Then to add insult to injury they charged 2.5 times their quotes for a poor negligent job! This company should be avoided! Horrible! Not accountable! They will rip you off for your insurance. They do not expect you to care while they dawdle and rip off you and your insurance. They are all about getting the insurance money and not doing the job. Avoid! read more

I have been waiting for about 3 weeks for a call back from Serv-Pro. I have made 2 calls to the Bend office to no avail. I retired from Farmers Insurnace, and we recommended Serv-Pro to our insureds, I am sorry to say. At this point I don't need to hear back from them, I have already started to do the clean-up work myself because of the risk of mold. I would recommend that if you have a loss that needs clean up, look at other remediation companies as this one is not responsive. read more

Our insurance company recommended this company to us after we had some water damage in our home. However, we were warned by several people about this company so we took a hyper vigilant role in supervising what they did. We were not happy on day 2 and were surprised when the general manager made an onsite visit the next day to make sure things were corrected and we were happy. Servpro's ace ambassador/ employee Nicholas S. made all the difference. He was knowledgeable, kept us informed, and made sure we understood what was going on every visit. We can't even get them to come out and give an estimate. We were told by the receptionist they won't give an estimate unless they are doing the job. What kind of service is that? We have been waiting 2 days for a reply back from them. They also charge $350 for an estimate. Forget you guys. Never recommending you to anyone. read more
