The fourth time they came out the unit was just leaking water while not powered on or running, and this only occurred after they replaced the control panel. The technician spent 10 minutes at my house before concluding it was "the sink overflowing" despite all of the evidence I provided indicating it very much was not the sink. They charged me a service fee of $137 and left. Now I am left with water continuously pooling in my basement from a washer that didn't do this until Advantage Appliance Repair touched the unit.
