Then the 2 technicians, Zach and Linton, who came on time then went to work on solving my issue. They explained everything they were doing as they proceeded to solve my issue. They charged a reasonable fee for their service. I was totally satisfied and impressed. They all represent old fashion local customer service and professionalism that is very uncommon today. The second time they came out the panel was malfunctioning so they replaced it. The fourth time they came out the unit was just leaking water while not powered on or running, and this only occurred after they replaced the control panel. The technician spent 10 minutes at my house before concluding it was "the sink overflowing" despite all of the evidence I provided indicating it very much was not the sink. They charged me a service fee of $137 and left. Now I am left with water continuously pooling in my basement from a washer that didn't do this until Advantage Appliance Repair touched the unit. They did more harm than good. Stay far away from this business.

They never fixed it. On the scheduled day, the technician came but I missed his calls while caring for my baby. I called back within 10 minutes, apologized, and asked when he could return. Instead of rescheduling--even for an extra charge--he was already furious, refused to come back, and claimed he knocked on the door (though I was right there and heard nothing). Despite my apology, he refused to finish the job. They kept the full payment without providing the service. I would have understood if they deducted a portion for the trip, but keeping all the money shows complete dishonesty. We will be disputing the charge and reporting this business to the town. This was the most unprofessional, unpleasant appliance service experience I've ever had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
