Rescue Clean 911 is definitely a step above the normal mold remediation company. They work directly with your home insurance company for billing and authorizations, and know all the insurance language and requirements. They also contract with another company to do the testing, and them taking care of this is invaluable - before and after. They also are licensed to repair a/c's, and since our problem originated in our ac, their remediation plan included replacing the a/c landing structure as well as cleaning out the a/c parts and ducts after the remediation had finished. Talk about thorough! I signed a contract right away, especially because they only took their cost from the insurance company; they were confident they'd receive it, so there was no cost for myself. I felt so comfortable with the gentleman who came out to our home to inspect our damage, give us a quote, and explain their process. During this time, he went above and beyond to explain things repeatedly, and even to look at my home insurance policy to point out things I didn't know about - such as the living expenses allowed during this time. This info was invaluable! I would 100% recommend this company, as well as use this company again. Now, some constructive criticism and feedback to help the company improve! When I went to contact the gentleman who came out to our house, I could not find his card with his name on it in the folder he had left. The folder just had cards for the other owner. The gentleman had said he was part owner, but when I went on to their website, there is no mention of him, _at all_. I found this very strange, and then more strange that the website has 3 different main phone numbers for the company - this also seemed bizarre, like... who was that guy and what the hell did I sign?! Please consider updating your website to reflect current employee names, positions, etc, to make it easier to identify and thank them. read more

My contact with rescue clean 911 was Nick (one of the owners). We contracted them to clean (air handler) the coil and housing in place, remove and clean/ sanitize all the register vents. They also sanitized all duct work and encapsulated / coated the upper plenum. The cyclone package was done professionally and thoroughly. Tommy his assistant along with Nick made sure it was done properly. The air conditioner runs smoothly and the air flow is fresh and clean. I was very satisfied with their communications and the job they did. You get what you pay for, and they were most accommodating. For myself, these are the types of companies I want to deal with. These guys are THE GREATEST! They have handled 2 mold remediations for us. One in 2020 and they followed all the pandemic protocols. They even had to dehumidify several times because the roof tarp would not stay put. I needed them again in July 2023 for mold in the garage and they were prompt, friendly and honest. This time I had to have the entire roof replaced which just finished in January so they had to wait 7 months to finish the rebuild. They were done in a week and my garage looks great! They are also firefighters and having firefighters in my family I know they are going to be upstanding and hardworking. The workers are fine and did a good job. The management was disingenuous and less than professional with me. Before signing an agreement I asked if sealing any leaks they found was included since these types of companies are notorious for "add-ons" once projects begin. They said yes, they would seal what they saw. And they did. However.... About a week after the project was completed they sent me a further invoice for $600 for the caulking (two windows and three outside pipe connections). When I responded that this was agreed to be part of the base price (I also paid an incremental $2000 to replace wall board and did not haggle over price) I was told I was a liar and didn't understand business. (Having been President of a $280M business with 1000 employees I think I understand business just fine.) Then came the threats and more personal insults, including I had "lost my way in life". No customer should have to put up with that. I was given $100 off and paid it just to end the nonsense. This was never over money (even though I was accused of seeking a freebie) - it was about the principle of honoring one's word. I ended the back and forth at that point and told them any future communication on the issue would be via my review. Here it is. Beware, especially if you are elderly or live in an upscale area. There are other alternatives out there and you need not run the risk of being subjected to the disrespect that I was. read more

My only 13 year old house developed mold due to poorly constructed hurricane storm windows that were installed improperly. Rescue Clean 911 was at my house the next day checking where all the mold was. It was basically on the windows on the lakeside of my home. In addition they checked my cooling/heating system and sure enough I had mold there as well as under some vinyl flooring. They jumped on this right away. They handled all the paperwork with my homeowners insurance. They decontaminated everything and reconstructed my walls and floors so that you can't tell anything was replaced. The workers were stellar. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you think you may have mold in your house. Look for black on your baseboards or walls. Look for your walls feeling like putty. Look for green on your inside AC air handler. That eventually will make you sick. read more

Wow, only 5 stars? If I could I use more I certainly would! This company as well as their workers are thorough and on point! Thanks to Nick and the entire Rescue Clean 911, they came out when we needed them! Our master bathroom ceiling caved in after rainstorm. We needed someone to evaluate and check for mold and fix everything. After all this stress, they crew came out, fixed everything and then cleaning crew came out. Communication on point and when we spotted some areas of concern, simple phone call, and crew members came out and fixed and answered our questions. I recommend this company to anyone, especially when it is a 911 job that needs attention. Nick and the entire Rescue Clean 911 team has been a lifesaver during an incredibly difficult time for my family. I live across the country from my family and a family emergency occurred.
