I had two bedrooms cleaned and one living room area rug. The bedrooms came out fine. The living room rug was somewhat lumpy. They didn't do the whole rug. Just the part that showed. To be honest I'm sorry I cleaned the living room rug. They keep asking for a review. I didn't want to write one but they asked three times. I'm happy with the bedrooms but not really happy with the rug in living room. My advice is this. CHECK FABRIC ON COUCH BEFORE CLEANING AND CHECK RUG MATERIAL FIRST. even if you have to look up purchase and get info. They offered to clean my couch. I said no. Based on Yelp and Google reviews we arranged for Clover to clean off-white carpets in 2 bedrooms. There was a mixup on the first visit and they arrived late and had to rush through the job. I hired Clover to clean a 10 year old white carpet in my bedroom that was extremely dirty- from dogs peeing to dogs running through with black muddy feet and everything else in-between, including 10 years worth of traffic pattern wear! I wish I had taken 'before shots' because David got the carpet so clean that without seeing the before pics, it's hard to believe possible. I found this company on Yelp, as I was writing a bad review for another carpet cleaning company. They didn't even do any work for me, but they were all about the sales pitch and trying to get you to pay WAY above the quote. Clover Cleaning told me they would come out the very next day. They did and as soon as they did, they not only gave me a quote, but explained what they do different than other companies, why they do it different, and what to expect as far as drying time and how/why stains come back. The owner also explained why I shouldn't be using the spray on carpet spot cleaner that I had been using (or if I did use it, how to use it in the best way for the carpet). All this BEFORE I agreed to use the company. After the work was done, they gave me booties to wear while the carpet was drying. Not to mention that the carpet looks SO much better than it did. Mike and his crew member did a fantastic job with my carpets in my apartment that I just recently moved into. Mike knows his stuff and knew exactly what my carpets needed.
